Nice gym and well priced. The staff were very nice. They have all the equipment needed to not have me fall off the wagon while on vacation. I paid for three days, about 25 dollars.

Just moved to Cocoa Beach, found this fitness center and it has everything my wife and I need. We've been exercising all of our lives and my wife is a fitness trainer and love the place. The friendly staff, clean and COVID-cautious environment makes us feel right at home!

My experience was great. Everyone was very pleasant. The room was relaxing with a nice smell of essential oil and the massage table was warm and comfortable. I enjoyed my massage. I felt so much better afterwards.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism and knowledge of everyone at Cocoa Beach Health and Fitness. My trainer, Jamie Gundry, far exceeds my expectations every time we work out together. She motivates me, educates me and keeps me wanting to continue my drive toward my fitness goals. The entire team is amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have had Jamie Gundry as my personal trainer since 2013. She has a passion for fitness, good communication skills, and she motivates me to be in the best shape that I can. She is a certified professional with a great personality. She knows my strengths and weaknesses, and adjusts our workouts to reflect these. Her workouts are never mundane. She always targets areas that need improvement or strengthening. I am in the best shape possible thanks to her. I highly recommend Jamie.

so happy to find this gem in beautiful Cocoa Beach! this gym has everything, including great spin, yoga and weight training. everyone who works there is very friendly and professional. it doesn't get super crowded and the facility is very clean. btw, love my personal trainer Debbie Barnes. if you're a resident, snowbird, or just in town for the day, def check this place out!

I have been working out here for years. The staff are Great! Colleen has been training me since I started going here. She is a wonderful trainer!! She helped me come back from neck surgery sooner than expected!! The equipment is all top of the line.

I have been working out on & off for 30yrs this Gym is by far the best gym ever. I have been working out here for 5yrs and it's the cleanest, fully functional gym. Jim is always bringing in new equipment. We have all kinds of classes going on upstairs, we have a spa, & massages. The family feel you get here is the best part though. I love everyone here. Its very welcoming & safe. Kudos to all the employees, I love you all
