I moved to Cocoa Beach after some tough life changes, and I really appreciate the sense of community at CFCB. Nothing better than having amazing people around you to help you push forward, mentally and physically! I've been to dozens of gyms across the US and this one sticks out because of the effort the coaches put into each and every member. The passion for their work shines through, and it makes the gym a welcoming and positive environment. I would recommend the gym to people of all fitness levels :)

What a great CrossFit.I’m not the fittest guy and the coaches and other members always make me feel welcome. The coaching is positive and technique oriented . I couldn’t ask for more.This is what I’ve always looked for to keep me motivated and improving.Best atmosphere you can find.
