This is a great gym and the price is unbeatable! Open 24x7 and never crowded. I've been working with Derek for a couple years and he has made remarkable improvement in my flexibility and strength.

I absolutely love this gym & come here 3-4 times per week. Derrick and Tyler are both incredible trainers here and everyone is so friendly. Best gym is cocoa beach!!!!

Great gym for all levels of working out. Serious equipment plus 24/7 access.Not to mention it’s walking distance to the beach!The management took the time to meet me to allow access after hours.If you’re from out of town, you won’t be disappointed with this gym.

Derick runs a fantastic gym that is centrally located in Cocoa Beach. I was down there for a week training at Patrick SFB and needed a full gym close to the Cocoa Beach Hilton. Based on the reviews and the pictures Healthy Evolution seemed like the right kind of gym to keep up with my 6 day per week regimen.I was able to keep my program going and met some of the local am hitters who love getting that work in at 5am like I do. Plenty of iron to throw around and the necessary machines. I also saw some guys hitting the speed and heavy bags so something for everyone. If I had to bring it down for anything is the waters fountains weren’t setup to fill my liter bottle. But seriously that’s my only knock so who cares lol.I strongly recommend if you are looking for a week pass or a new gym home check out Healthy Evolution Fitness. I know I’ll for sure I’ll be back!
