Derrick and his staff are very friendly and keep the gym immaculate. I like that the owner works out there just like us because he buys only the best equipment. The equipment that they buy isn't just filler to make it look full when somebody walks through the door. You can't beat the price that they charge for a membership. I have paid double at other gyms that weren't half of what this gym is. I can't say enough good things about this establishment.

This gym is awesome! The owners are super nice and really care about helping you towards your goals. The facility is always clean and the equipment is brand new. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would definitely recommend this place to friends!

This gym is fantastic! 24 hour access, super clean, incredibly kind staff, and lots of equipment for any fitness activity. They have a great free weight set up, several power racks, power sled, lots of cardio options, room to stretch out, showers - essentially everything you'd need. And all the equipment is in really good shape: clean, new looking, no rust (definitely not the norm for other gyms in the area). The staff are seen constantly cleaning and taking care of things. Very reasonable membership rates - even for one-day/one-week guests. Everyone there seemed super friendly too - both staff and clients. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting (or living in) Cocoa Beach. I will definitely return!

I absolutely love this gym. The owners are very nice and the equipment is new. I've been a member for about 6 months and I don't regret it one bit. Everything is clean and the best things about this gym are that it's open 24/7, it's usually not too busy (except for Monday nights!), and it's cheaper than other gyms in the area. Highly recommend!!

Gave me a deal for $20 dollar week pass while I was on vacation, versus Cocoa Beach Health and Fitness, which charges $40. Not bad!

I love this gym ! great price and it's 24 hours. And they don't have a stupid no grunting rule like Planet Fitness this is a REAL gym not a library .

Toured this place today and joined on the spot. Super low dues, BRAND NEW Equipment. The owner Derek, is clearly passionate about what he does and really attentive to customers. Clean, quiet and well arranged facility. Go check it out.
