Hyper-predatory contract upon signing. Will hunt you down for money, and demand your presence for services all other gyms provide over the phone or online. Also, a single occupancy restroom isn’t a locker room

WOW, I went there to see if I wanted to join and after seeing the place and talking to the owner I signed up immediately, state of the art equipment and 24 hr access is really cool plus during the week when staffed you can get tips from a real pro on targeting your goals, very happy I went.

On vacation went to this gym.only $40 for the week. They have all the equipment And separate area for CrossFit activities. Love the 24-7 hours. As long as you r a member you can use your keycard And come and go as you want. Friendly people mostly locals. This is more like a muscle gym without the intimidating muscle guys.

Nice little gym. Has a nice array of cardio, machines, and free weight equipment. Some unique equipment/bars for powerlifting, bodybuilding, and strongman which can't be found in most commercial gyms. Has a separate side to the gym containing a nice Rogue rack with accessories, deadlift platform, and competition bench among other things. Gym is on the first floor of a two story building which makes it difficult to throw a Furby higher than the roof, have to keep in mind crosswind and it getting stuck.

I am from out of town and wanted to keep up my habit of strength training twice a week while I was on vacation. Derrick was super accommodating and able to squeeze my mother and law and me into his personal training schedule. Derrick is extremely knowledgeable about exercises and so fun to talk to. We will definitely be back!

Derek is THE MAN! I love this guy...I love this place! I've never met a more helpful gym owner, trainer, and overall great dude. Derek is here to help YOU achieve YOUR goals in any professional manner he can.The gym is never dirty, it's always clean, and has good equipment. Nextdoor to the main entrance is another entrance into a more dedicated towards powerlifting, boxing, and CrossFit type training area. It has 4 total restrooms, so I don't know what the heck that goofball Jacob was saying.
