There is no water pressure and no outlets for plugging in a hair dryer or electric shaver at the sinks and nothing to sit on in the changing rooms.In comparison to many other PFs this one is a definite thumbs down for poor and lacking facilities. Palm Bay Malabar Rd is not any better so don't bother with that one either.

Pretty good place to workout it's only ten dollars a month. They don't have a pool put who uses that anyway. Can't beat the price and if you live close even better. I am at la fitness only because of distance.

Very Nasty Staff, Outside in a suit and briefcase making a phone call, Told i was loitering when clearly i had a reason for being there, Then accused of bothering the customers and making “females” uncomfortable, Complete Bull that I’ve ever heard. Making it sound like it’s a daycare center for children. The management calls themselves Judgement free, But then they make ridiculous accusations about prominent members of society, Management Also Claims one of there Members had to be escorted out because they were 'afraid', Afraid of what ? a man standing on a sidewalk on the phone ?????????? It seems like a political witch hunt, As if a old parking lot is were i would choose to pick up women instead of the Mall or a bar and on top of that nothing they had said was backed up by prof. Theres no prof that i was bothering anyone because the truth is i wasn't. Don't blame innocent people because some of the members of your gym are so paranoid that the thing from the minute they get out of there car to the minute the walk in the door the first thing another human being is doing is looking at them is crazy. Then on top of it all they added in theres been allot of car break ins lately and thought i could have done something. There basically spreading harmful lies about me which is defamation.

2nd time going there to tan. I tan all over state of florida at planet fitness cause I travel so much. Front desk doesn’t give anytime for you to get ready even if you tell them. Not very clean. Rude front desk. satellite beachClean very friendly.

I like Planet Fitness. There is always plenty of equipment, I have never had to wait to use a machine in 2 years of going there. It is busy, but never feels crowded. A lot of gym for a little money.

I like it here. I can work out at my own space& nobody bothers me. The times I go usually not over crowded. The staff is polite & the massage bed is awesome.

RACISM IS REAL & IT IS NOT A JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE ! Sorry for a long post but i got to express it. This is my first time signing up for a membership in Planet Fitness. Mainly bcs of the distance, it is closer to my job & home. However, the experience i had for 2 weeks being here was unbelievable. Just because the membership is cheap doesn't mean they should lower their standard. I hate the curtain shower it is so small & old. When i first step in i was expecting a tour around but she just make a card and take my picture.Yesterday at 7:30 PM. There is an elder couple (Around their 50 s) in the 30 mins workout room. The moment i step in, his wife was giving me an attitude. If you familiar with the 30 min workout rules, we have to follow the circuit which i did. Out of honesty i may be a little over a min on a workout tools but they make it seem like i was an hour on each tools. They did not wipe their nasty sweat after using the tools. They said they use their sweaty handkerchief to wipe it. i have to clean it each time i want to use.Then on the last tools i use, his wife came to me and said " are you done? it's my turn". All of the sudden i get an attitude from someone i never know/seen in my entire life. She told her husband and he came to me and said you shouldn't be on the tools for more than a min defending his wife while I was trying to say it will be nice if she ask me in more of respectful manner. She then said i will complaint and that i wont be allow in the gym anymore. That i should not listen to music while working out. Her husband then said " THERE IS A SIGN AND RULES WRITTEN IN ENGLISH , GO AND READ IT". That is so racist, and he said it loud & everybody can hear it. And it's just so embarrassing . If this is not racism, He should have said "there is a rules and sign , go and read it and why did he has to say that way?So the worker came , she said her manager step out and it seems to me that she is choosing side as she agree to what that couple said . That is unfair, i thought it shouldn't be no judgement zone in planet fitness? I understand that she was caught up in the moment but i think she should address the situation better. Take us to the "close" place to settle the issue . Everyone is watching and they don't even want to know our business. AND IT IS ULTIMATE EMBARRASSMENT WHEN HE LITERALLY BE LITTLE ME IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. Since the worker did not do anything besides taking notes, i decided to call a police. Both couple left.So then manager step in and he came to me making sure i am ok.He is very nice person. I address the issue & i admit my mistakes. He is very understanding & respectful . He told me that his GM, will give me a call to hear from my side. The reason why i did not want to write a review yesterday because he is very understanding. Next morning i let the GM know about the situation but he cut me off few times. He said he saw all the notes. He was just like "ok ok but on your part, you need to do this and this". I mean dude, you are a GM, be more understanding. Is that how you speak to your customer?And if you read the notes, you should know that i admit that i am over a min on the tools and you does not have to emphasis my mistakes over and over by phone. You should give that GM title to your manager. It is ashamed that he knows how to do your job better than you. When i address about that racism issue the GM said "that couple is not being racist they are being irritated" I wish the call was recorded. It was unbelievable that they are choosing side once again and make me feel like i am not worth it there. Is it because i'm new and sign up for a cheaper plan i got all of this ridiculous experience ? I honesty frustrated, i let my boyfriend spoke to GM and when my boyfriend address the racism issue again, he laugh at him. He said he will waive a cancellation fees for me. Wow this is so ridiculous. I hope there is no extra change but if they do charge me it will be a PROBLEM! I am in contact with the regional manager and we shall see what action taken.

I had a Planet Fitness membership, although they have competitive pricing, decent machines, and seemingly friendly staff. That's where it ends! You cannot cancel your membership easily, no matter what your situation is at the time. I was bedridden with Cancer and in the hospital for a lengthy stay, but they refused to close my account/cancel my membership. I wasn't allowed to send family, in my place, to go there in person and they don't permit doing the process over the phone. So, I was charged for three months of unused gym time, late payment fees, and had to deal with a very rude girl that told me that I should just pay my bills! I'd NEVER recommend this terrible place to anyone ever!!

Been a member since the clubs beginning and the staff the last few years with the new ownership is the friendliest most helpful staff i have ever dealt with at any gym. They explain everything thoroughly and keep the place spotless. Ive noticed the people that complain about policies are also the people who dont take the time out to listen or even read posted signs lol. Taking responsibility seems to a lost art in the world today. Keep up thr good work!!

Been years since I last came here. Totally updated and awesome.I recently got the black card membership on one of their specials they have every few weeks.So many great options. No more barbell benches, only Smith machines, but I can live with that.
