really small overcrowed, only time is late at night. its not 24/7 and it shouldbe, because access is minimal. Showers have no benches to undress. no water, from sinks. Like going to management is going to help from owner. Change you club !!!

There is a staff member there who I would hire, she is the opener and is always working hard. The equipment is showing it's wear- needs new padding and adjustments- but the owner doesnt seem to care. Crunch fitness will put a dent in the membership of he doesnt do something to improve the equipment.

I paid for my wife to have a membership here pre-covid. She used this up until the shut down. They put all fees on hold until they reopened a few weeks ago. My wife is not comfortable going back there so we canceled and gladly paid the $58 cancelation fee plus we had just paid last month's fee along with the annual fee. So I paid $108 in around 2 weeks. Now they charged me for the next month because the cancelation came after the 10th! I understand the pandemic and everything and everyone is trying to survive, but this is crazy!

Unable to cancel membership despite having lived in Texas for over a year. Totally unhelpful on the phone, the little girl at the front desk keeps telling me I have to come in person for a signature to cancel my membership.She did not seem to understand that I live in Texas now and can't exactly drive 20 hours to cancel a gym membership.I've asked repeatedly for them to cancel my membership and refund the monthly fees for the time I've been living out of state and they absolutely refuse to do so.Totally unhelpful, terrible customer service, doesn't seem to be able to comprehend distance.

It's wonderful here.A nice place to work out, and the staff is AWESOME.They do need to replace the bulbs in the total body enhancement, some are going out and the others are getting weak, otherwise it would be 5 stars.

I've been going here for 3 years now so it's safe to say I do enjoy the place. However, I am noticing a few things that are different. The staff, besides maybe 2 of the guys that work there, don't welcome people in at all. The employee's used to be so welcoming and nice. Now, they say nothing to you at all. Not even a "hello." And there's trash in a lot of the cup holders on numerous cardio machines... people working out at the gym, PLEASE clean up your mess/wrappers.

Most of the staff are very friendly, the facilities are clean and the equipment is in great condition. A lot of the TV's on the machines don't work but move over one or two machines and you're fine. I like the total body enhancement machines and the massage beds.

New to this gym and had a question about a machine. Garrett was at the front desk, I had never seen him but asked if he could explain how to use it, he said let me show you. He stayed until he was sure I had it. Pleasant and helpful!! Wonderful way to start a hard work out.

The gym is easy and convenient on my way home from work in the morning and typically is clean unless you want to go tanning.I cleaned the stand up one time and the paper towel was completely black afterwards not to mention the lotion on the walls.be careful when using the bathroom too they like to clean it but not re stock the toilet paper

I've been a member for 12 years. Today they required me to wear a mask. I understand the current state of our nation and the world with covid 19. However working out with a mask is not healthy. I'm really going to have to think about returning or cancelling my membership With all the mask requirements around our country it will soon be realized how they will cause respiratory problems. Hope we all get through this soon. See sign, requires "mask be worn while inside".
