It’s way too hot in there to work out in. Unless you’re directly under a fan, it’s not good condition for working out so I can’t even use this gym that I pay for. I hope they fix this

Very CRUEL to my friend. Adding a comment: JUST PLAIN BULLYING! He gets "Silver Sneakers" free with his insurance, but has tried to pay extra for black card. When he wanted to use the water bed, he was DENIED ACCESS to Melbourne P.F., AND OTHER Planet Fitness locations! It was a young blonde woman employee. He paid them! I want him to call his insurance and report this discrimination (against a disabled person). This also means that I HAVE TO GO ELSEWHERE, when he's with me! I notice that these places, Rockledge and Eau Gallie, are near sewage treatment (SICKENING STENCH) areas. Rockledge has almost no shade, either, forcing people to walk across hot black tar. Update: my friend is unable to get an email through. Got a frustrating (senseless) response about putting in a code?! We will contact health insurance company. ALSO, Silver Sneakers/Fit says "good at multiple locations", (or it was a couple of years ago).

I like the place but they really need to fix the air conditioning. It’s too hot for employees and the people who are working out . The air still isn’t fixed And it’s unbearably hot in the gym. In addition, you can smell all the sweat. It’s been that way apparently for the past two weeks. I really love going there and working out but I am withholding working out at this location until the air is fixed. It is still really hot in here. It’s better than it was but I think the air conditioning still needs work or install more ceiling fans

No AC for months during the summer (central AC unit still not repaired at time of writing). They added small portable AC units thinking they could cool the entire building, what a joke. Parking lot always has sketchy people sitting in broken down cars, bathrooms smell awful, water always dripping somewhere from ceiling…it’s just not good. If you are looking for bare minimum and not safe, this is the gym for you.Staff is nice. Management is clearly lacking ability to maintain facilities.Update: the Planet Fitness social team reaches out once you make a comment and says they can support you if you just email them. I did just that and they just say to speak with club manager. Essentially, they do nothing to help and ask you to deal with it.

This is the most disgusting gym i’ve ever seen. Recommend looking elsewhere.Owner takes no pride in their franchise ownership. Their most comfortable ab machine has nasty grease that gets on your hands. The tv’s don’t play half of the time on the walls or machines. The benches are completely torn up. The ceiling tiles are brown and the roof leaks every time it rains….Most recently the A/C is now not functioning for over a month! Unacceptable. Clearly the annual renewal charge isn’t going to the up keep.

I joined another club due to the hours. Really disappointed with the hours of Planet Fitness.Luckily It’s only 3 miles!Wish you were like everyone else. 24 hours 7 days a week!

Machines are good, but old - needs rework (leather, all weight plates should have weight labels, all weight locks should be securely attached to the machine). Free weight section is perfect, no missing weights and the benches are all functional..Water fountain has been hot since Covid, never fixed it. The core workout room had a no A/C for a few weeks before the whole gym lost A/C. Seems like management has no business continuity plans. Will change review once I see changes.

I like the smiles, hellos and goodbyes I get when I come and go. They always seem to be sincere and if I have a question the counter person always stops what they are doing and give me their focus. You don't get that everywhere today - it has become an optional thing for many businesses. Keep up the good work! :)
