This is a very good place to come when you're first starting out all the way through professional lifting. Just started getting into working out with a good friend and not once felt uncomfortable or judged while getting into it. Very glad I joined this gym!

Easily the best gym that I've been to. Wide variety of equipment that most other gyms don't have, an engaging and encouraging community that are supportive of whatever goals you may have, and a great atmosphere that makes it easy to stay consistent and disciplined.

This gym has been the best gym I have ever been too. It’s a place where people actually workout instead of just play around on their phone. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. No better gym around.

When people ask me what gym I go to I say "The gym" and usually there response is "i know you go to the gym-- you're looking great, but what's it called" again i say "The Gym"!Being a member helped me get back into realizing the importance of physical health, mind and body. They were so welcoming when I told them I wanted my two boys to join, so I can lead by example. The team and staff are so professional, so kind and friendly that you don't feel like you're walking into a gym but a facility that wants you to be the best version of you. They recently opened, the facility is state of the art, extremely clean and organized and it's a great place to start your path in getting healthier and stronger.Highly recommend for anyone that needs a gym to get back to work on your health without feeling overwhelmed or intimidated.

Been at this gym for about two months now. So far I have really enjoyed it. They have plenty of equipment to choose from. Sometimes it's a challenge to find the weights since the Members don't put them back where they belong but after a bit of searching you will find what you need. I noticed no one really uses the pool or the steam rooms so not sure if they are in service or not. I ride my back to the gym and am really thankful they allow me to bring it in and tuck it away in the corner instead of having to use the outside bike racks (that are not even bolted to the ground and very easily accessible to anyone wanting a bike). Staff is friendly and everyone is very inviting so I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get into the gym.

Started coming to this gym almost 2 months ago now, was extremely hesitant since I have such bad social anxiety and wasn’t sure what to expect. I use to go the EOS and the gym at ASU (full time student) both were really not for me, since I’m a heavy lifter. I’m extremely glad I chose this gym out of everything I looked into around Mesa. Everyone is so welcoming and I feel no pressure what so ever. I was offered a tour prior to signing up and I was in awe of all the equipment, also how clean it is! Pure genuine support here, also they are BIG on ensuring that everyone here has gym etiquette which is something I struggled seeing everywhere else. Very happy to have found this gym and calling it my 2nd home!! ❤️

I’ve been with this gym since it opened. It’s an OK place to workout equipment wise… however they keep it uncomfortably HOT at all times and only have ONE fan which is usually never on. It does not feel like they ever use the AC.The sauna has NEVER been open unfortunately.. and it doesn’t seem like they plan on fixing it. and now the pool and hot tub are out of service. Do you get your moneys worth for your membership here? No. You can pay less with actual amenities and equipment somewhere else.

I found The Gym a year ago when they first opened. I was a trainer with 4 years of experience making no money at a small gym in downtown Gilbert. I made the scary jump to become and independent trainer training at The Gym. They do zero rent fee which is the greatest thing ever! They have helped me and my wife grow our business and become even better trainers!! The owners are phenomenal and the culture of TG is outstanding. I’m not a bodybuilder, i’m a functional strength coach and I’ve never felt out of place at The Gym.If you are a trainer looking for freedom and looking to keep all your earning, this place is a NO BRAINER!!Thank you guys!!!!!

My boyfriend and I joined TG back in April and we love it! Coming from a big commercial gym, the vibe at TG is overall much better and the equipment is top tier. Super happy we found our new home gym :)

Pretty basic gym that plays horrible screaming music at full blast. Have asked for a different variety and they refuse to change it and aren’t even nice about it.Policy that you have to pay 5$ if you forget your membership card is a pretty ridiculous money grab . Was already paying for a water bottle and they still couldn’t be bothered to sign me in. Not sure what the front desk people are there for .& there’s hair embedded in their turf. Wouldn’t be going here if our trainer had other gym options
