The best gym!! The community, equipment, and layout is immaculate! Always impressed by all of the new additions throughout the year. I’ve had the best lifts at the gym and love getting to stop by anytime we’re in Arizona. Thank you for providing the best facility with God at the forefront ❤️

I love TG (the gym) Mesa. There’s so much to love. I’ll start with Ernie (the man) he’s always there to greet me with a smiling face, and always willing to help. The front desk staff are all awesome!!! Trainers are all welcome to continue their education and practice their craft. I have been a member at quite a few gyms and none of which have provided a family environment like TG does. There are so many things to like that I don’t believe I have the space to continue with my review. This is a place that you have to experience.

TG Mesa hosted a bench press competition so I was able to visit. It feels like a grown-up gym, the machines are sparkling and the locker room is spotless and very nice. All the accommodations felt premium. The competition was not only a ton of fun, but the bench press and bar used were much nicer than the ones I'm used to at my normal gym. Overall a great experience!

This place is awesome! They have a lot of old school equipment that you just don’t see anymore as well as all the usual newer equipment that you’d find at most gyms. The atmosphere is great. Feels like more of a family of like-minded people serious about their training than what you typically see at a big box gym. I’d recommend TG to anyone looking for a great place to train.

This gym is so welcoming! It is not crazy packed like all the other gyms! They are always getting new equipment! Everyone here is so encouraging and kind! They all want to see you succeed and it’s amazing! Christian based gym and i’m proud to go here! They have great personal trainers and workers !
