If you live in Sunny Isles Beach , and have children, I highly recommend not go to this place.We are a very tight knit community, and it saddens me to know that children get treated very poorly in the hands of their care giver.I for one suffered an accident and lost a child. It’s hard to see children get treated very poorly in the care of others while you’re supposed to be releasing stress from the every day life.

I love the machines, free weights, racks, but I really come for the people. Staff and patrons alike are friendly and welcoming. By far, this is my favorite gym. Oh, and check out their tiktok vids!

I like the Kodiak Fitness Center. I go to spinnin class, very professional trainers. I enjoy visiting different classes in this center. Also my son goes to sports training and he is very satisfied.

Hands down, the great choice I’ve made is training at KODIAK.The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible. The community they have built at this studio is incredible, and it is such a joy working out here.

Machines are well kept, business is properly managed by people who truly care, who excel at what they do. Once you pay for your membership you also get classes like yoga, strengthening, cycling among others. Highly recommended.

Traveling for work, this gym is a home run. It has well- priced day passes, easy going staff, diverse equipment, it's clean, and it has a clever atmosphere that challenges you. Why do other gyms stream music videos? This one streams bodybuilding competitions. You think you lift hard, bruh? Peep them arms flashing on the tv, then add enough weight so your screams drown out your whining and excuses.

The owner of this facility knows what a gym should be. Doesn’t matter how old you are or who you are - if you join here you’re going to get respect and results because you’re going to work. It isn’t a chain gym full of tw@ts who stand and model or play on socials. This is the gym you join today to be better tomorrow.
