Quite awesome despite it's out of fashion name and logo. A few juiceheads inside but with a healthy dose of younger fitness enthusiasts. Awesome group classes. They redesigned their lobby and it looks great especially compared to dilapidated change rooms. Overall the crowd is pretty cool and chill with few notable exceptions.

Ask to talk to manager about gym and packages for personal training, girl in front was so rude. New owners - they will not last here. Horrible attitude! I going to another gym for my personal training , they do not even offer to show me around and introduce me to personal trainer . All they give me is pricing. Crazy ! Do not go here.Owner response is confirming how they handle customers . I’m glad I did not signed up there as I found much better gym and my trainer for 6 months sessions . Good luck to you .

i like this place. it's pretty good. sad to know the original owner Chris sold, but some of the old team members are still there and they like the new owners.
