Over 25 year of fitness with Olympia has served me to optimal health. As a women in her senior years. I plan on living to 100 thanks to the staff and facility. The best gym in South Florida.

I recently moved to Miami and one of the first things I did was to find a gym and personal trainer. Out of the many gym options, I joined Olympia. I did so because of the good vibe I felt when I went for the first time and met Regina who showed me around and signed me up. Another deciding factor was the dry and steam saunas available. I equate a good sauna session with that of a healthy spa experience. The cleanliness of the gym itself is most obvious. Additionally, my trainer, Joe, is great to work with and continues to encourage me to be the best version of myself. Lastly, Olympia is a family run business where you are made to feel like it’s your second home. Don’t delay, stop in today!

I have been going to this gym for over 2 years and absolutely LOVE it. The staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. The place is well maintained and clean. If you need tips or help with gym equipment it’s readily available, both from the staff and from the other friendly customers (at the same time if you’re a lone wolf type, you won’t be bothered). There is no intimidation or coldness in the air here- it’s good vibes all around. Every day is a good day at Olympia gym, I highly recommend it!

Olympia is a gem of a gym.I have trained in facilities around the world and competed in national and international bodybuilding competitions.In my opinion, Olympia Gym is one of the absolutely best strength and fitness training facilities I've ever had the pleasure of working out in.The management is totally hands- on and thoroughly competent. The trainers are very talented and engaging.Sure the equipment is well worn but the variety of machines is fantastic. You'll find pieces of equipment (GREAT pieces/unique pieces) at Olympia that you just don't see in 99.9% of gyms. Olympia is CLEAN and very well maintained.If you're serious about your workout this is THE place to be in the Aventura area.Olympia provides me a warm, friendly and safe environment while I spend my winter away from the Canadian winter.THANK YOU!!
