I absolutely love this location in Miami Gardens . I had the honor of talking to Michelle to get my home gym changed . She was very helpful and very kind to me and my wife . We are looking forward to being with this family for a while .

The only reason I go to this gym in particular is because of the personal trainer, Kenny! He is very hands on and very knowledgeable. He knows what he’s doing…if you trust the process, you will get the results you’re looking for. Kenny is patient, very professional I couldn’t ask for a better trainer!!

I’m new to the city and the gym was the only place I felt comfortable. I was nice but I loved how Marlie was so helpful to me about the amenities and helped me get to know some cool places to go in town. She honestly made my experience there great!

Amazing group of employees and A Nice clean Facility. This One Particular manager(Dominica)Had a Positive attitude and was very professional when I needed Help. Keep up the great work and Keep Striving. You are destined for greatness.

Amazing gym. Machines were well cleaned and sanitized. Staff members are very polite and well coached on how to maintain and keep a gym clean and neat. Congratulations on the gym manager on having a great staff.

FIRST OFF!!! Let me just start by saying personal trainer KENNY is amazing. He’s very patient and works with you, but he is stern and will get you to your goals. Whether you are a beginner and require a little more help getting started, or you’re experienced and need extra guidance he is definitely the person to trust to get you to your ultimate body/health goal. His circuits are very feasible as long as you push yourself, and his attitude coming into every session is always positive. So what are you waiting for? RUN and make sure you ask for Personal Trainer KENNY!!!!!

Highly recommend this location based upon Kenny! He loves what he does and it shows. No matter what your needs are… He can help you achieve your fitness goals! If you are looking to lose/gain weight , build muscle or just simply workout call Kenny ! You won’t be disappointed, very sanitary and gets the job done!

Worst gym ever!!!!! They are so dishonest! They make it difficult for you to cancel your membership just because they want your money. I had an issue and they were telling me that there is no way that they can correct it in their system. They said that they would have to contact someone from the corporate office and that they would call me, it has been weeks now and I am still yet to get a phone call. I really do not understand how a gym that claims to have several managers, more than 3 and no one can help me!!!!! Not one person! They are so darn unprofessional and dishonest. I tried calling the corporate office and it was the same thing, no one to talk to, they are saying that most planet fitness are franchises and independently owned so any problem that I have I would have to contact that gym personally. With that being said, you would think that someone from the franchise owned gym could help me right? How can you own a gym and not be able to resolve your own problem ??? That doesn’t t make any sense. And on top of that whenever I try calling the gym and ask to speak to a manager there is none available, I went over there literally 5 minutes after the employee told me that there was no manager there and of course when I went there were 3 managers laying around. Again worst gym ever, don’t waste your time with them!!!!!!!!!! They don’t care about you!!!!!!!!!! They just want your money!!!!!!!!! They are very very unprofessional and disgustingly dishonest especially managers Vanessa and Dominica!!!!!!!!!

This location is clean, spacious and the staff is very professional! Marlie is the one that I also hope to see when I enter the gym. She friendly, knowledgeable and always greets all the customers with a warm, genuine smile. Thank you Planet Fitness for creating a gym that fits me!!!!!
