When you've been going to a gym for a year, have lost close to 40 lbs (even when eating yummy food)..when you go from going to the doctor every month to running 5k races..from being tired to having lots of energy, that gym deserves 5 stars. I started coming to Pompeii gym last year and have achieved all of the above! They have a great variety of cardio equipment (treadmills, steppers and elliptical) as well as free weights and machines. For nutrition, they sell both premade meals and protein shakes (which have replaced burgers and "completas" from the Cuban place for my nutrition goals.Of course, machines only make a part. The crew at this family run gym is very friendly and encouraging as well as educating you on a training program.There are also showers here for when you need to get GQ to go out after and show your gains. Highly recommended!

The best gym I’ve ever been too and the have one of the best costumer device and gym equipment I’ve ever seen. It is worth every penny you spent on it. Truly is an amazing gym and I highly recommend, 10/10. :)

Friendly staff, clean, other people at gym are also polite, fair prices. Not many options nearby this area. Only issue is that the equipment is limited and during rush hour, and with other trainers, there is not much space. Great during early morning and early afternoon.
