Terrible experience here from day one. When signing the contract I was promised that if I paid two years up front, my monthly rate once the two years were up would be reduced and fixed indefinitely. I asked to see where this was in the contract and was told it’s not there but they promise to uphold it. This should have been my first red flag. When it was time to pay the annual fee, I paid online but continued getting numerous emails asking when I was going to pay it. I replied with explaining I’d already submitted the payment and with a screenshot of the payment, but no one ever responded to my message. My account was then cancelled. I’ve called the gym several times over the past weeks and each time I’m told I need to talk to the manager but she’s not there, or that she will call me right back but never does. So I paid two years up front, paid my annual dues, had my membership cancelled, and no one will answer my emails or phone calls. Do with that what you will.

It’s been 4 months since I asked them to cancel my membership because I moved out off town.4 month calling then and sending emails to “Emilia” / “Emily” since “she is the only one that can help you with it for what all people told me, the “manager”, no responses.Today they charged me their monthly fee, AGAIN.This is an scam, they basically disappeared when you ask to cancel your own membership.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Super unprofessional gym. I canceled 3 times and every time they try to charge me again! I emailed to cancel, I called to cancel and I went in in person to cancel. I was told this is taken care off now 6 month later again a call about a past due balance. This is a joke! Do yourself a favor and don’t ever sign up for this gym.
