Amazing gym and staffGood equipment with enough plates

So...GYM is okay!Easy to join very reasonable terms and affordable! And that might be part of the reason why things are not so great!These are my complaints after 2 weeks of membership:1 way too many broken or non operational machines!2 sauna is stained looks really disgusting even after they "cleaned" it 😒3 not enough weights to serve all the machines available! It is first come first served basis and that is VERY ANNOYING specially when the GYM is full and you have the machine available but not weights to feed it.4 my new account had people subscribed at it as my companion! 🫣 people that I have no idea who they are! After asking the front desk how in hell that is even possible , they said they just don't know how!! 🤪🤣5 no one clean the machines after using it and making it soaked and wet! 🤮🤮6 paper towels are always empty and you need to gonwalk around looking for it.The disinfectant is way too deluded and I doubt it would help very much!!Better than nothing condition...6 bathroom brings you that west Arkansas"truck stop" felling! Phenomenal! 👏👏👏🏆In my POV that is due to horrible management! Or a management that reflects the mentality of owners. It is for sure one or the other!By the way they answer their negative reviews says a kot about what kind of people are behind the scenes! A LOT!!Basically always the same complaint, people being scammed with membership and or Horrible Hygiene habits!.Finally, the staff at the Dania location have a small attitude! VIP self entitlement! 🤣🤣😞Anyway I think they have earned this review and hope it serves as an eye opener for improvements!The worse loss in any business is those that owners don't see happening until it reaches that point of non-return

Just joined, and it's awful. Where to start - lockers the size of a bread box, locker room way to small for gym size, no shower heads in the showers. The men's locker room is 150 degress!! Good luck cooling after a shower. It's a scavenger hunt for weights, and I literally question the legality of the number of people in the facility at peak time.

I’ve been going to this gym four-six times a week since the beginning of the year. They added great new equipment but the way it’s arranged has several corners where the machines are touching or you have to step over things to use the walkway. Which, isn’t a big deal. But after 6pm, there’s no paper towels and sometimes sanitizer either. There was a two week period where I guess their paper towels were on back order and they were providing thin napkins. But the order came in, and STILL it’ll be so full in the gym and you can’t find paper towels to wipe your machines for the life of you. I thought it was a nighttime issue until Saturday morning around 11am… there were no paper towels and the garbages were full. I don’t understand, and can’t workout without wiping down machines. Bring your own paper towels and sanitizer if you feel the same.

Read the contract.They can gouge you for whatever they want with no accountability.My story: they charged me my annual fee then closed my gym (in Miami gardens) less than a month later. They continued charging me till I paid an extortion fee to cancel my membership. If I had simply not paid for the service I was receiving they would have sent debt collectors after me.When I asked if the money I paid for the service I didn't receive could be refunded, they laughed at me and tried to upsell me on a nicer membership.This is normally when you'd call corporate... which is why they don't have any national number you can reach. Can't have the owners getting pushback for robbing people now can we?Your last resort is arbitration right? Well buried in the fine print is a stipulation that you have to go through a company that charges $250 per case.So here I am, a loyal customer of four years who threw over $100 down the drain.Don't be like me. Don't go here.

Feel like home when I come to youfit dania pointe, staff really take care of its members. We requested new machines and they wasted no time providing.

The worst, they sold me an option to pay monthly, since I travel for work and it turns out that they have been charging me monthly, in addition to the fee for the use of the machines, I have not used it for 4 months, so I went to get help and there is no manager, the assistant, asistonto, said to cancel, but none of my money and that since the seller no longer works with them... it's an abuse, really disappointed, I feel robbed

We have been using this Gym for a while. The personal trainers Jeff and Anthony are really amazing. They have many years of experience and know what exercises suit for your body. It’s very economical, TY the manager is always very helpful and they have great customer experience.

Great gym. I only give it 4 stars because the bathroom is ALWAYS a mess and never cleaned, nobody wipes down the equipment and they have the AC so cold that I cannot stay warm at all. Other than that, pretty awesome gym with plenty of room and plenty of machines. They just got a upgrade with some equipment
