I like going to this location, especially on Saturday mornings when they first open not crowded, in the evening is busy. I just go to my zumba classes and April is a great. instructor and I leave there feeling great. TyThe manager is a super nice guy, I had a issue and he listened to me. There is always someone cleaning and making sure there is paper towels, etc.

Haven’t been there in months. They send me a random bill. Which they never called to explain or correct, just found out they sent account over to collections over a random $130 bill. Just found out the they just Ruined my **** credit, these guy do not care about their customers, they will snake you out of any penny, lost my trust completely on Youfit. Very sad day. Need this resolved ASAP!!!!!!!

This is the best Youfit in the Hollywood/Dania Beach Area. I have tried out various other Youfits and this is the biggest and nicest. They offer group fitness classes and you can play pickleball when there aren't any classes. If you have one work out buddy, you can bring them in as a guest as long as you are with them. My wife and I share one membership that way and save a lot of money! The negatives are that it gets very busy in the evening from about 6:30pm-8:00pm. There are plenty of machines, but as an avid fitness goer and exercise specialist, I find it frustrating to have to wait for a machine for more than 5 minutes. Usually I can find an alternative machine or free weight, but I'm a bit of an exception as an ex personal trainer. I also noticed that the staff don't really clean off the machines. Be sure to wipe down the equipment Before you use it. I have watched people use this gym for 2 years and only about 25% of people actually wipe down machines and equipment. Overall, I do like this gym and would recommend it. Try to go before 6:30pm or early morning to avoid the crowds.

We are here for a little vacation in the area of Miami thanks to the manager's accommodation and the staff is super nice. Looking forward to come back to this gym

Using the gym for couple of months already and it’s ok, but!!! toilet always smells soooo bad! There is never soap in dispenser and showers smell as bad as toilet! Never saw anyone cleaning it. And some disgusting things were on the shower floor for few days!!! I don’t think they ever clean it - extremely not hygienic! Disgusting!!!

MUST READ! Probably the worst customer service ever encountered. I was a gym member for a while and had to cancel my membership due to medical reasons. I came to the gym and canceled my membership signed electronically and when asked for paperwork showing I signed I was told no need and everything is good. Moving forward several months I noticed they never canceled my membership and they charged me for 4 months without me ever stepping foot in the gym. I came back few days ago to speak with the Rude so called manager name Tai ( he refused to give his last name) and he was all smiling until I asked him to credit me the money. He was arrogant, rude, condescending and pure nasty in his approach. He called me a liar stating I never signed anything while he clearly see I never stepped foot in the gym for months (he said it's my problem not his). He then issued me cancellation again and once again I asked for paperwork proof and once he again he said "we not providing paperwork but I got you". He refused to credit me my money and on top he completely ignored me and walked away to his little office while I am still talking reminding me a 5yo that run away when he did a bad thing. Pure disrespectful and childish, he has 0 customer service skills and truly a sorry excuse for a manager. As a so called manager you need to know how to de-escalate situations and listen and solve issues in your establishment but he was beyond rude and crawled under his desk like a cowered. He was so arrogant that he pretty much told me and I quote "I am the regional/ area manager so you can complain as much as you want" and he was smiling...... no need to even talk about the machines that are not serviced , falling apart and malfunctioning but seems that I am not the only one. Same day I was there 3 people had same issues and cancelled memberships. Save you the hassle and go to any other gym beside that one. Hope youfit will at least invest the money they stole from me in the equipments so it won't look like backyard gym and people won't hurt themselves like I did. Beware

I finally had to cancel my membership after 2 years. This location has the potential to be amazing. I feel like all the staff has to do is walk around every so often and they would see what makes this gym annoying. Many people don't wipe down equipment when they are done, causing the next person to have to wipe before and after they work out. Machine hogging is next level!! One problem that gets under my skin is that people will take dumbbells over to the squat racks and do many different exercises while hogging the rack instead of doing squats and moving on. It's not fair to have to wait 15 minutes for one person to finish on a piece of equipment. I understand that people like to work out in pairs, I get that, but groups of 4 and 5 people? That's a bit extreme and it happens often at this location. I've pointed my problems out to staff and I've literally asked them to follow me and showed them some of the things I've mentioned. A staff member once told me to ask people to let me work out with them between sets when they are hogging a machine. I found that a tad ridiculous. I go to the gym alone for a reason. People will also routinely use 2 machines at the same time.. that's just selfish. Another issue is that people don't put equipment back where it belongs. I'm a small guy, it's exhausting to regularly have to remove 6 45lb weights from the leg press. This is ongoing. Not just a few times. Finally, I've just had enough with people on their phones and not exercising. Don't get me wrong, I use mine during rest but it's easy to notice when people are just scrolling social media for minutes at a time. ALL THE STAFF HAS TO DO IS WALK IS WALK AROUND. Other than a few cleaners replacing the spray bottles and paper towels, I rarely see them leave from behind the front desk. As a manager, I'd want to maximize each guest experience and make sure that everyone left feeling great. My advice to supervision at this location is to just have the staff make their presence known. It's simple and people are more inclined to follow rules if they know they are being monitored on some level. Not saying harass people but just look at what's going on periodically. I really hope this review helps make this location better. I'm writing it from a good place.

The best part about youfit is my personal trainer Miguel who has patiently and expertly helped me exercise despite my disabling chronic pain for the last 2 years. The personnel is always attentive and the machines/floor is always clean. They also have a pretty sweet movie room equipped with cycles, ellipticals and treadmills.
