YouFit Gyms

Haven't been you the Gym in months. Called several times to cancel my membership was told that it needs to be done in person. I went in person to resolve the issues in November was told everything was taken care of an it issue was resolved. After they charge me for the annual fee an charged for the month of November which they stated would be the last month of youfit charging my account. A month later they are still deducting membership fees from my account. This is such horrible service from a health club I wouldn't recommend this place for any trying to get on shape there far better options for you keep looking.

All I can say that this YouFit gym is very welcoming, clean, and organized. The staff is well-trained, and energetic. If there’s anything that stands out in this YoufFit gym, it’s the drawings that Roberto draws!! Not only the drawings are OUTSTANDING but the motivational quotes that are quoted by the fictional characters is what gets me hyped for my afternoon workout!!

BRAND NEW HOTEL... Rooms were clean, spacious, bed was comfy. Great location if you want to stay close to the airport. There's a big plaza in the same area with restaurants, fast food, grocery stores, clothing stores etc.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! Physical training contracts are expensive and must be cancelled IN PERSON between 9 AM and 5 PM . Payments are withdrawn on a 30 day cycle so if you cancel it after bill has been paid you might still owe one more payment. This is the only Youfit that smells decent and there are very few in other locations. Maybe I got too old and thought that I couldn’t be scammed, but the customer service is abusive. AND Equipment has mostly been dirty, full of sand at the bottom of the machines-I let that slide, but it should’ve have been a red flag.

This gym gives you a lot of bang for your buck. There’s a lot of equipment and I never have to wait long to use something. I go in the mornings and the bathroom/locker room is always clean. If the movie isn’t playing when I go to use the cinema cardio room, I just ask the person at the front desk to press play for me and they’re always super friendly about it. I haven’t tried all the classes yet, but the Zumba class is super fun! I think this gym is great even compared to other gyms like LA.

Few thing worth mentioning, I joined Youfit several Months back and overall the staff and manager are good. When I just started I paid for a 2 sessions with a personal trainer for 1 reason only and it was to build me a plan base on what I wanted for the first 2 months. The trainer didn't listen to anything I said or asked for. 10min into our "session" he told me we running out of time which I had the idea a session is 45 min to 1 hour but seems in youfit it's 30min. Once he realized I don't need him to hold my hand 4 times a week and just need him to build me a plan and show me around the gym for my first time he was as short as it can be. Moving forward the machines are far from perfect. Cables are not lubricated so friction is pretty hard, some of the cardio machines same issue or making bad noise and on some of the weights the handle grips all worn-out and falling apart. I addressed the issue and got a sour face from the front desk. And last issue was me wanting to freeze my account due to medical issues and I was told I need to bring them my medical records for them to freeze it!!! Never heard I need to excuse or discuss my health with Gym employees...smh I definitely going to cancel my membership and once I am healthy to train again It won't be youfit. Do better guys

The water dispenser, for water bottles, hasn't worked right in 4 months now. Urinals break frequently and stay broken for weeks.The gym is nice. Decent range of equipment. It can get pretty busy.80% of the staff is amazing, super cool and great to talk to. There is one girl that's really annoying about the check in process. She has 0 customer service skills, just seems like she is trying to sell things. I bring a guest often and she always tries to sell them a membership. I hate commission based employment, it creates a hustle culture that dehumanizes all of us.There is also this one employee that has walked up to me mid exercise a few times and randomly gave me training advice. I had earbuds in, and was hitting bent over barbell row. This is a great exercise. So this dude stops me and tells me I shouldn't barbell row, I need a chest support. First of all, that's wrong. Second, I was working out with friends and it made me feel insecure. Dude asks if I want a personal trainer. Another person selling me stuff, at a gym. A gym I pay monthly for.Honestly the price is fair and gym is nice, but these two employees bother me. Just let me get a pump, Please

please let us be reasonable to be able to use some bathrooms in a gym like (Youfit) they never clean them and we will all make a monthly payment to have reason to use clean bathrooms like humans and in better conditions. People we have better gym with better conditions, please let's be honest and as such the facilities are very new for this gym to provide us with a bad service that is being paid. don't stay in a (Thank you for the great rating) take action for solutions and thank you. 🙏🏼

I absolutely love this gym!! The workers are very friendly and whenever you need help they’re ready to lend a hand as long as they’re not busy. For example one time one of the workers named Roberto was walking around and as I was about to bench a heavy weight he asked if I needed a spot and of course I said yes just in case but ultimately I was able to push it up! Overall I would totally recommend this gym to anybody, they just go above and beyond

Everything is extremely dirty. Bathrooms are a complete mess, a health Hazzard. You should bring cleaning supplies, before take a shower 🚿. Lockers are falling apart, toilet door broken, no toilet paper 🤡👎👎👎👎👎 …
