Most of all I like the good vibe from the people who work there, the different training areas, it’s always clean and organized, and the good condition of the equipment. The trainers are also great. I buy personal training packages that help me to experience higher levels of intensity that I wouldn’t get by myself.

I am very impressed with your location but there is one amninety that I'm concerned about that's not in service which is the "Steam Room" in the ladies locker room. I've been using the steam room for years and to visually see a steam room not working in a health and fitness club conncens me. If you look up and Google the benefits of a steam room I think you would like to reconsider and please ask maintenance to put a work order in to order a part to get the steam room up and running again. I noticed the basketball players were playing an intense game when I got a tour. The basketball players at your club would appreciate the steam room being open in their locker room as well. The steam will relax their muscles after a basketball game. If a health and fitness club has an amninety in the club, it should work and if for any reason it breaks or something damaging happens just put a note on the door for members to see, get a work order in and get it running as soon as you can. Please bring back the steam room, it will save a life.

Very nice gym, everything is clean and there is enough equipment for everyone. The added bonus is plenty of parking, which is so hard to find in gyms in downtown Miami. The locker rooms are better now as well with a working steam room. The only issue I have is with the lockers being all locked with barely any free.

Awesome gym with every machine you could need. If you are looking for training you MUST book with Francisco!!! I see him not only my trainer, but my friend because his job doesn't stop at YMCA's door. Franscisco is constantly motivating me with uplifting messages before and after our sessions, helping me remain focused and positive. He not only elevates your knowledge on fitness but also on nutrition and mindset. Franscisco has a true understanding of complete life style changes required to reach fitness goals. He is always pushing me to my limit, helping me realize my true potential. His creativity shines through his planned workouts that are never the same. Not only am I watching my body and health transform but I am having fun doing it. You will never find Franscisco without a smile!

I came here with my husband to check it out since we moved nearby. This gym is probably the best I've seen in Miami for the value. And not a SINGLE TRIPOD OR INFLUENCER IN SIGHT. *ugh* amazing. A gym for normal people who actually want to work out. They have all kinds of cool little side rooms and areas for people who like to work out in more privacy. The locker rooms were immaculate and very spacious and well stocked. Finding the place the first time was a little hard, but once we figured it out, it is actually so amazingly convenient and more importantly... SO MUCH CHEAPER than the other "gyms" in Miami.
