My #1 gym to train when I go to Florida, it has everything I look for on a gym, great boxing trainers for professional and amateur level, very nice facilities, its amazing they just improve every year getting better and better. I highly recommend it.

Really like the gym and the friendly staff. If you’re serious about your workout, KO Zone is the gym for you. They offer great martial arts classes and the instructors are very knowledgeable and will work with you. I like the vibe when I work out. They have a great food bar service and sometime they bake sweet potato protein donuts, they are healthy and delicious! It’s family and dog friendly, definitely recommend this gym.

Diego, Danny, Jorge are the best coaches I’ve ever had. They all encourage you to truly learn and will always try and keep you coming and training hard. I’ve been to other martial arts gym and nothing compares

Has to be top 2 gyms in Miami. Real weights and machines downstairs with every workout option IMAGINEABLE and upstairs is MMA, muaythai, boxing with elite coaches. All the savages are upstairs training PLUS there is outside space a bathroom with a shower and a bar with protein and espresso. It's phenomenal

KO zone is a real gym. Plenty of machines that are always available and you never have to wait like LA fitness. They offer cross fit, kick boxing , jujitsu and so much more. The gym is two floors so it has so many things to do. The trainers are amazing . Diego the owner is such a nice person and always corrects my form and sometimes even gives me workouts to do. 10/10 recommend.
