KO ZONE

Excellent gym, very complete. Great variety of machines, different types of classes available, and above all an expert group of coaches. I have been a regular member for almost 10 years now. I recommend it!

I have never seen a place that's so family oriented,👪 friendly, clean, and just down to earth. The employees, trainers, owners, and staffs goes above and beyond to help you get to your goal. They have modern and old school workout tools and equipments. All i can say is just walk in there and check it out yourself. Oh least i forget, firefighters, and cops are free to use the gym.

I’ve never been at a gym as good as KoZone. The weight room is always clean with weights where they’re supposed to be and the classes upstairs are the best. I train Brazilian jiu jitsu with one of the best sensei Elizondo. He's a great teacher and explains each move very well and pushes you when he needs to. I’ve had such great improvement as a white belt learning in his class and it’s never a boring class with him. He’s always changing up the week of training. I definitely recommend this gym. Diego is a great gym owner.

One of best gyms in SF! They have equipment you haven’t even seen before! But just like anything in life is not perfect. The gym is usually empty on the afternoons during the weekend, you can most of the time choose the music you wish yo listen to and parking is the breeze during the downtime, come the week parking is hard during peak hours which is 3pm to 8pm so be prepared or UBER.The staff for the most part is super friendly and helpful, they have changed trainers here and there for boxing and usually they tend to be alright.The only few suggestions I have would be for the staff on the weekends, they recently changed the staff member that comes in during those two day and although she is friendly and respectful, she does tend to make comments that do not make you feel welcomed and closes at a different time than stipulated. Usually I call in advance since it varies so much so forget about the business hours they have at the check in or online, I have gone on a Saturday where she told me she closes at 4:30 PM got there around 3:15 PM and her greeting was “I will be closing soon” so I ask her what time is soon since I called online says 5PM you tell me 4:30 Pm and now I get here and you are telling me you are already closing, her answer was “ I will stay here another hour” which would make it earlier than the time she confirmed over the phone, same thing for Sunday where they stipulate they close at 6 PM got there at 4pm and she was already saying she will close in 45 minutes.In conclusion is a very COMPLETE gym with amazing equipment and classes, it isn’t cheap so please get the hour situation going and you will have the best gym ever.

Amazing gym !! Diego is the best gym owner he makes everyone feel like a somebody! I would 100 percent recommend this gym to anyone just starting out or even to world champions and the body builder's would love the first floor as well

I have been in a few gyms the last 4 years but nothing can’t compare to KOZONE. Ko zone is n amazing gym they have everything you can imagine. weight lifting equipment ect you name it . The 2nd floor is my favorite all boxing equipment all marshal art equipment you name it . This is amazing place to be all the time is my temple feels like home. Come visit you won’t regret it.

This place with these people has been a godsend. It’s been a place to feel comfortable and challenged to pursue a healthier lifestyle. It has people who welcome and support you whatever your fitness journey. Was looking for a gym in my neighborhood, grateful to stumble onto KO Zone

This gym welcomed me on my first day here so much that I knew this was my gym. They work hard - very clean and have high standards when it comes to being best version of yourself. Highlight of my day is coming here every morning!

On top My Kids and I are very lucky to train with the one and ONLY Desmond Green @predatortoon he is amazing and has every quality you’d want in a great coach. He’s sharp enthusiastic , passionate, disciplined, and hungry to get the best of you. I can definitely see NON Stop gains , and I can share this incredible time with my family (getting stronger together !). Your results will speak for themselves

Best gym ever!!! My daughter has been here for 1 year and this has become her happy place. Now she’s training to go to Argentina for the Taekwondo World Cup. This is a great place for adults and kids. Trainers are great!
