Some of the staff at this location can be a little hostile at times ive noticed. Also, they dont seem to be too knowledgeable regarding Planet Fitness Protocols. And Marc, who assisted me the other day was very unprofessional and not helpful at all! Ive never had someone speak to me during a transaction, the way that Marc did. I wont be using this location any longer!

After not being so fond of Planet Fitness, it’s safe to say I found my new gym home! Andre and Vannes have made my experience at this location exceptional! Top tier service, clean and organized equipment makes for a smooth transition while getting back into the gym consistently. Thanks y’all!

Andre was extremely helpful with our gym tour. He took the time to walk us through and demonstrate how to properly use the machines. My favorite part of the tour was the relaxation space.Thanks Andre

What's the point of selling lockers if you don't let me keep my things. Some of us cannot afford buying new stuf...please at least give a warning before you throw everything to the trash...what a terrible service.

Andre was very helpful and made it really easy to switch to the black card membership. Glad I can bring anyone now and am definitely more motivated to go to the gym!
