Andre and Varnes customer service was fantastic! This was my very first time in north Miami gym and they welcomed me like family and gave me a quick tour around the building and even checked to see if everything was okay . I loved how clean the building was and the women’s locker room was also very clean . I would highly recommend this planet fitness was one of the best I’ve ever been to coming back to get myself right in the gym all employees was very kind ! 5/5!

I’ve been to countless gyms but never one like this. Get you a Gabby and André, they are super friendly, funny, and have the best customer service I’ve ever had. This will forever be my go to gym.Thank you!!

The service in here is phenomenal. Andre and Gabby are the best I’ve met, customer service can not hold a candle to the dedication they put in helping members, I was lost in the beginning but they patiently guided me. Thank you!!!10 out of 10, would always recommend

Went there as a guest and it was one of the best experiences at the GYM I've had so far. The staff is wonderful specifically the young girl at the front desk I think her name was Stephanie. She helped me with some of my workouts just giving me a run down of the place making me feel right at home since she spoke Spanish. After her help she went straight to cleaning the equipment. Wonderful service. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Out of all of the PFs I’ve been to,this one plays the best Music. The staff is friendly, Gym is mainly clean.
