If you want to get your daily workout you need to be here in the morning or mid-day afternoon as after 5pm, this place gets crowded.Also make sure to bring your own disinfectant and sanitizer as the machines and rugs can be dirty and soaked in sweat.

I came in town. I need a gym to workout and this was a nice gym. The front desk people were very nice and it was no hassle to workout.. they have all of the equipment you will need to workout various muscles groups. A+ place.

This gym is community based and very spacious. The crowd gets busy but everyone is a neighbor and always willing to help. $5 day passes and $35 a month. No hidden fee and no contract. You seriously can’t beat that.

This gym is very well equipped and has a really awesome turf area for sports exercises and conditioning. The front desk is very community-based as they offer fitness classes for seniors every morning which I try to take advantage of as often as possible. I’m always greeted with a Cuban coffee and a smile. I love it here!

Honestly the service and the machine are great lots of different machines to work with great helps from the fellow people at the gym if you confused about anything people are not afraid to help or give you advice about your work outs no negative or Judgefull staffs or fellow gym members
