Safety Concerns not being taken seriously. There’s a 2 inch devit in the floor next to a workout bench. Almost rolled my ankle walking with dumbbells around bench. Brought this up twice including the GM. Nothing has happened thus putting other members in harm’s way. I hope this gets remedy to avoid any future injuries to its customers. Everything else is what to expect from a gym.

Very great gym has everything you need and the staff is the best they have helped me with some of the machines I had no idea how they worked and were very nice to me and it’s also kept very clean

Kind staff. Big place. Gets a bit crowded on some days, not weekends cause nobody chooses gains over hangover pains. Preacher curl machine up front gets worn out quick...I can neither confirm nor deny if it was me💪🏼Choose greatness, Kings.Update:This place is gettn seriously crowded too often.2nd update:There's over 100 cars here, we need another crunch in midland. Way too crowded. Almost not worth it anymore. Look how far I gotta park

everything about my visit at this gym was great! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about all the questions i had. i am currently on my 7 day trial, but i am going to end it and get a membership!

I love this gym! They have amazing customer service, as soon as I walked in I was helped almost immediately! They give a lot of information about their memberships and the benefits of signing up to become a member. Their rates are super good, which I have had a hard time finding gyms with affordable rates! The bathrooms are very clean and the hand soap smells great! My only complaint is that the water bottles now cost $2.15 when they used to be $1.

Its a gym. Honestly its pretty quiet and thats what ive been liking about it. The employees and very helpful and are willing to help!

Great atmosphere and great employees, but with all commercials gyms there's more cardio machines that half time don't get used, and a overly packed free weights section. Just a thought for crunch invest more into free weights.
