Crunch Fitness - Midland

I signed up for the 7 day free trial since I’ve never been here. I had zero issues with doing this and they were very helpful with any questions.1. This gym was packed to the max from 6pm until 9pm. You will definitely have to wait for certain machines and patience will be necessary for this gym.2. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I had zero issues in that regard.3. I would definitely return to work out here if I was in the area.

I've been coming to Crunch for a couple of years now. I love the variety of equipment. Everything is always kept clean and working! I especially love the daycare. Mindy the daycare manager is kind and has always shown so much love to my girls. I can workout in peace because i know my kids are in good hands. On top of that the staff has always been great and helpful to me as well!

Very crowded. Have to wait for turn on equipment. Must go in way before sunrise to get a proper workout in.They say open 24/7, but not really if it's not 365.

I signed up for a free trial. Haven't been to a gym in like 6 years. I was super nervous to go. The gentleman working the front definitely didn't help.. I told him I was there for my free trial he was like okay.... And I stood there with a blank look on my face like okay are you going to show me around ?Tell me about this place....??? He finally took a hint and pointed at the back and said those are the women's restrooms locker room area sauna... And that was it. .... Nothing about cleaning equipment before and after, nothing on general rules... I just had no information I felt so lost... I think he was a little preoccupied flirting with some girl that was sitting at the front with him.

Seriously the most frustrating gym I have been to. I’ve visited the gym at least 3 times to sign up. No one at the front could help me any of these visits. They scammed me into signing up for their most expensive membership, ensuring I could downgrade to a lower membership at a later date. The day came, and was I able to do this?, no. Had to pay the annual fee to cancel. I highly recommend trying another gym in town and save yourself the headache and money.

the night employees do not know the company's policies regarding membership for people over 14 years of age... let's hope that the daytime employees do know them...

Editing my 2 year old review.....Why are the restrooms always so nasty??? No paper towels or actual sanitizer on the floor. Equipment unavailable if your not paying for a (untrained) trainer who's real job is to sale you what you don't need. Its 4 in the morning and still horribly unhealthy to be in. Also consider supplying toilet seat liners.....Fix it LORD! Turning in to trash.

Canceled my membership due to my job in midland being finished, still being charged for it. Can’t get ahold of anyone there.

Love coming here! Everybody minds their own business! Also Love how they take care of my baby!

I love working out at Crunch! and I am so thankful for the staff at Kid’s Crunch, my son is always excited to play and do crafts with them.
