Fairly clean gym, staff in the front are always welcoming. Use the Planet Fitness app to help you around the gym. The app also shows you how crowded the gym is. The machines have a qr code that you can scan and it shows you how to use the machines. There are small lockers right by the treadmills if you don't want to use the ones in the locker room. Bring your own water or you can buy drinks at the counter. I don't recommend using the water fountain. Overall, good gym for beginners like me.

This gym has a good array of nice cable machines and dumbbells, as well as cardio machines. I rarely have to wait for a machine or a bench, and I love that. It's steady but very rarely extremely busy like some of the other gyms I've utilized here before. The staff have been friendly and accommodating overall, and I frequently see them cleaning machines. All in all, 5 stars.

I recently spent a week in Midland, and visited this location. I went everyday and each staff member I met was very nice. The other gym goers were nice, too! Gym was clean, and has a great variety of equipment. I will definitely return when I'm in town.

Ever since Planet Fitness in Midland was updated, it has been nothing but great! The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean. I enjoy my time there as there is more room between machines so you don't feel like your personal space is being invaded. The ONLY reason why I don't give this place 5 stars is due to the music. I know I can simply bring my own headphones, but sometimes I forget them. They also have the Rockbot app to request music, but it's usually dance club music. I want to work out, not dance in the gym. But if that is the biggest complaint I have, then you all are doing a wonderful job. The cleanliness and friendly staff definitely help me overlook that. And I'm not sure if it's due to the many other gyms opening up in the area, but PF is not crowded with people, which is something I LOVE! Would highly recommend it to my friends. Clean gym, friendly staff. Very large and spacious gym. The gym is busy but not crowded. Respectful gym crowd.

Great Planet Fitness. Very clean, staff is always welcoming. Equipment is all in good shape and other gym goers seem to have great etiquette as well. Very spacious, not every PF has as much room between pieces of equipment, so that is a major plus at this location.

I have been trying to cancel for 2 years. They never let me speak to a manager and said to email and they will get back to you. Not once did they ever respond. I would not suggest getting a membership with any planet fitness. Poor equipment and staff as well.

Large gym with plenty of equipment. Unfortunately I was not aware that planet fitness only wants sissies in their gym as I had never been to one. They talk about no judgement this and that but they're judging people who really want to work out with their lunk alarm and various other ridiculous rules and policies.

Great staff… very friendly and helpful. But the maintenance is terrible. Lots of machines are always broken and all the tanning beds have been out of service for quite some time.

I got a good workout on the treadmill burned off the calories I consumed at breakfast and it felt so good to take a shower afterwards and use the massage chair. Day 1 was a blast and very productive. I can still feel the burn. I highly recommend Planet Fitness.
