Very disappointed in this gym and especially the manager of the PF in Midland, Tx!!! I joined so my daughter and I could do the 30 minute circuit and be out in time to get to work etc... Well, almost everytime we have gone there has been a confrontation with people that come in the 30 minute area and just sit on a machine and do not move for the ones that are following the circuit. There are rules posted and the manager is not ensuring that people know how to use this area properly! When we have complained about it, she just acts like we are the ones in the wrong!!! We are following the rules and this is supposed to be a place where people can get a full workout in 30 minutes. We are on a tight schedule and don't have time to fight for this right every time we go in. I can't find any contact number for the owner's of this particular PF, but they really need to check on this manager, because we are ready to go elsewhere with our buisness.

If you want to use the 30 minute circuit forget it. People get on the circuit machines that aren't using the circuit and make it impossible to complete the circuit the way it was designed. When asked to move they refuse. Tried talking to management and the woman there speaks condescendingly with a fake smile. When we tried to explain that staff was telling people they could start at any point in the circuit(heard them with our own ears), she disagreed with us without listening. After 5 visits in a row of attempting to use the circuit and having people in our way, I am just over this gym. (For those of you who don't know, the 30 minute circuit room is a room specially designed to be completed in 30 minutes. Machines and steps are numbered starting at one and a green/red light tells you when to switch. There is signage that states the room is only for people using the circuit. The issue arises when someone decides to use the machines but they aren't changing out with the circuit. This blocks people from using the proper machine when they arrive at that number.)

Great clean gym, has everything we need plus plenty of equipment, tvs, music. Plus, tanning and friendly staff, affordable and 24 hours with showers and lockers. Could use more free weights but space is limited.

I love the total body enhancement machine, the massage tables and chairs and access to tanning! I find it extremely convenient that there are two of every weight machines and several bikes & ellipticals. I also love that if we elect to, we can have a fitness trainer. The BEST thing I like is that we can bring a guest for free! That is how I decided to purchase my own membership. I was a free guest of my mother who is a member. Now I take MY daughter and as soon as she can afford it, (new job) she too will be getting her own black card membership!!

Clean facility, a gym designed with actual people with actual physical fitness needs, friendly staff, laid back environment, and did I mention a place for actual people? When I was first given a tour of the facility I thought to myself "this seems like a place where people can go to get into shape for 'the gym!'" And, that why I like Planet Fitness.

Decent gym. Good Prices. But... Don't ever try to leave! My opinion of this gym flipped 180 when I tried to cancel my membership after my job transferred me to a new city. They make it purposefully difficult to cancel a membership. Their cancellation policy annoyed me enough that I will not rejoin when I move back.

I must come from an amazing PF home gym, because this PF is such crap. The tanning rooms are so cold and the beds are dirty, I won't use them again. The locker room is separate from the area where you change. I'm not comfortable with having to walk across the way in my towel to get dressed (where all of my things are....ALONE). I don't think the staff are supposed to be staring at the phone when it rings, and rolling their eyes.. but, no surprise, that's what happens. The staff literally look around the gym, but do nothing. It's hilarious. Easy paycheck I guess. Not clean. Won't be going back as much as I can help it. Choose another gym!!

I've been going to this gym for a couple of months. The gym staff is very polite and everything is kept clean. I can find the machine I want open 95% of the time, although sometimes the free weight area is just too crowded. Also, the wifi hasn't been working well at all for me the past couple of weeks and no one seems to be doing anything about it.

Been visiting this location for past couple weeks and staff does well on shop keep, cleanliness, keeping towel paper and sanitizer stocked on the gym floor. Men's locker room kept up as well with clean stalls and clean mirrors with no trash on the floor. Staff also friendly and attentive to customer needs. Didn't run into any broken machines and the times I've gone haven't been terribly busy. Keep up the good work!

I just recently joined and everyone I have met that works there is really nice. Some of these other reviews say the staff is rude. I never felt like that at all. I mean people have to understand that standing behind a counter and cleaning things for 8 hours sucks no matter who you are. I think the staff is great. The gym is really nice and clean and also not crowded. I have been there at peak times and it still isn't over crowded. I am glad I joined and for $23 dollars a month it's a good deal. Yes it does say $19.99 for the Black card but if your gonna cry over $3 dollars like the guy in the earlier review just workout at home. I mean some gyms in this area are a $100 a month, that is a joke! Thank You Planet Fitness I always have a good time there.
