I would give them a 0 star if possible. Awful customer service. They are a scam. DON’T SIGN UP A MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT. I have been trying to cancel my membership for the last three months and I can’t get anyone to respond to my emails to cancel my membership. Zero accountability. People that answer the phone can’t help you cancel. Very shady technique to continue to cancelMembership. I will report this account to the better business bureau. Complete extortion. DON’T TRUST THIS PEOPLE

I just got enrolled with Josh and loved his motivation and he was so polite! Also Rachel was a big help, they were very knowledgeable and great! Miguel set up a session with me and was so enthusiastic and I loved his energy! I'm very excited to be a new member of Tru Fit! Thanks!

This gym has brand new machines and is cleaned frequently. Plenty of bench and squat racks as well as hammer strength machines, The staff there was friendly and very accommodating. I have to travel back and forth from Midland and this will be my go to gym. 10/10 would recommend.

Eddy gave us an awesome look at all the amenities. The sign up process was easy and he even helped make sure we set up the app correctly. When I expressed interest in Combo 6, he introduced us to Miguel who gave us a great run down of the program and seems to genuinely love what he teaches! They were both helpful and we are excited to use the gym and start classes!

Everything is still broken ! This is on Midland Dr. Too many machine with out of order signs on them. Have been this way for months. Out of 12 treadmills on back row only 5 work. They were recently replaced them with old used nasty machines. Now only 5 of them work. Out of 24 treadmills only 10 work. People have to hunt and not find a working treadmill. Other machines same way. There is no upkeep on equipment. There is an small weight area that is missing almost all of the weight stack pins and most pads are cracked and never replaced. Ellipticals are falling apart. Most book/phone racks are broken on the precor ellipticals with parts falling off just laying on the floor. Some have been broken for 6 months with no attempt to fix. May have no choice but to change gyms. Join only at your own risk. Other places as planet fitness and crunch have same prices and I am sure better upkeep. Hopefully they have more pride and maintain their equipment.

Great gym. Came from out of town looking for a quick and easy place to get a work out in. Great customer service and nice equipment.

Angie was very welcoming, and showed me around the facility, it looked like a great place to workout, she is very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly, it was nice to workout there on my vacation trip to visit family and friends!

Whenever I go to this gym I always have free picks to the machine I want. I can stick to today's routine without worrying if the machine will be occupied. The the other gyms are too crowded. Look for Zaheed he will get you started.
