Do NOT sign up for this gym. Do not sign up for the training. They will “assign” you a trainer who ends up only wanting to do virtual and when stated it won’t work out no one will ever get back to you about a switch. Then you’ll be paying for services never received and NOT get a refund. I ended up moving back home after 2 months with this gym and sent in my certified letter to corporate WHICH was stated in their contract I have. Never got a call, never got an email, never got any sort of communication. Called corporate and they said I had to send it to the actual location along with my new lease agreement stating I moved away. After sending in the lease agreement the First Lady for the gym was very nice and said they’d take care of it. The training part never got back to me until I did a follow up email which also stated I wouldn’t be getting a refund for services not used and that the actual 30 days cancellation started when they received the documentation not when corporate got the letter which is what is stated In THEIR FAQ AND CONTRACT. Do not sign up ever.
