My account got sent to collections for NO REASON. I was on auto pay so the payments were going through every month. I talked to the manager at the Meta location and he said there was nothing he can help me with. Not even send an email to help resolve the problem. Also talking to corporate on the phone they were no help either and kept giving me the run around. Finally after Sending several emails to complain they transferred me to someone that was able to help me. This problem shouldn’t have happened at all and it shouldn’t take getting the run around from so many people to get it resolved. I’ve seen so many complains their billing and also know someone that had problems with it as well. You would think they would have done something about it already.

The staff was able to help me find a membership plan that fit my needs, as I was only in town for a short time and didn't need a long-term commitment or plan. The equipment that I needed for my training was available.

Great gym. Very clean and has a lot of equipment to work with. The staff is also very friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone who just moved into Midland.

TruFit is a great gym that has personal trainers that work with you one-one with a program uniquely suited for you. There is plenty of equipment: treadmills, stairclimbers, etc so there’s no wait. The place to come for a quick workout during lunch.

A super clean and well-spaced gym! The equipment look new and are not too crowded either. I am here short term and the staff were approachable and worked with me with memberships!
