The OTF experience has given me something I never would of expected from a gym. The motivation from trainers and others around me always pushes me to preform outside my comfort zone. Everyday is a new push and everyday I surprise myself with what I can do.However, I must say my favorite thing is the friendships I have made and the friendly competition that OTF provides (especially with my husband). Orange theory is my "happy hour" and my day is definitely not the same without it!

The BEST workout, facility and coaches! When you come to OTF Shorewood, you join a supportive community that lifts you up every workout. The coaches are incredible and will inspire you to get stronger, faster and to commit to your fitness. I love my OTF Shorewood family and workouts!

Orangetheory fitness is the best thing I have done for my mental and physical health. This studio has the best energy with the most knowledgeable, supportive, and friendly coaches/staff. I always look forward to class and have loved becoming part of the Shorewood OTF community!

OTF Shorewood is THE place to be! I joined roughly two years ago and have been absolutely obsessed ever since. After playing college sports I was lacking a “team” aspect in my life, but OTF Shorewood quickly became not only the team I needed, but also my fitness family. The coaches have pushed me to reach my goals & have been such positive people in my life! S/O to Kristin, Kari, Kristi, Ash, & Mike!!! There’s no place like OTF! 🧡🧡🧡🧡

Started exercising at 65 and wasn’t sure how well I would do with this but the coaches are so supportive that I feel like I’m rocking this! The coach I almost always have is Kristin and she is super great about making sure that I am using the right form and that I’m getting the maximum benefit from each exercise. I’ve been here for almost 6 months now and am feeling stronger every day. It’s never too late to start being your best self!!

I love it here. I was always back and forth on whether or not to join a gym like this, with the class settings and trainer, as well as being with others. But these have been the best workouts I’ve had in a long time. It’s fun, I feel great, and everyone is super helpful and friendly. It’s definitely worth the cost.

Great workouts that are coached and push you to do your best at your pace. Great sense of community from fellow members that encourage you and you don't feel judged. Pushes you to do more than you would on your own at a gym.

I definitely do better with structure, but I also tend to get bored with workouts. OrangeTheory gives me that structure while keeping it interesting. I can compare my effort across workouts without it feeling like it's the same old thing. Coaches are amazing, supportive, and motivating. The accountability factors that are built in help me stay the course. I love being able to go in for an hour, work hard, interact with awesome people ,and leave feel accomplished - and sweaty!

Honestly, I hate working out. But I love Orangetheory!!! The workouts are varied and intense but always take into account variations you may need. The coaches are knowledgeable and attentive to the class. It is nice to be able to see all the stats at the end of your workout and encourages me to improve.

Even if you are tired and non-motivated when you walk in, you will be energized by the wonderful coaches and music. You always get a great workout!
