Fantastic Gym. Nice quality equipment compared to most. Outstanding staff who involve themselves with passion towards the job, staff worker Max went way farther beyond to help my friend who dropped his necklace in-between the crevasses of the sauna to get his necklace back! Every gym needs a Max..

Great group over there! Mr Sweeney truly cares about his staff, his gym and the community. Every time I look he is hosting another fundraiser, party, or just a get together for fellowship, smiles, food, drinks, laughs , fun, tips and positivity. I’m all about these good vibes. We need more small businesses out here that are as dedicated as this place and that strive to bring everyone together.

Sweeny’s gym is by far the best privately owned gym in the city. Clean facilities, fantastic trainers, and enough equipment that your never stuck waiting for something to open up. 24/7 access, free weights, machines, cardio equipment, sauna, tanning, and always clean bathrooms. Highly suggest this gym for anyone from beginner to experienced body builder.

Great lifter's gym. This place has all the equipment I need for my strength training. Also, it's locally owned, which is a plus, and Sweeney is a great guy.

I love this gym! I have been on a life changing journey this past 7 months. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and diabetes. I was 415 pounds. I started eating right and lost 130 pounds but was intimidated by gym culture. We joined a big gym and it was terrible! The next week we checked out Sweeny's and made the switch. It's smaller and less busy. No one seems there to judge others or anything. They're all there to become the best them. My wife and I go 6 days a week now and feel we have found a place we can stay for a very long time.

Sweeney's Gym is a great community. Coaches and other clients there are supportive, friendly, and fun! Mike Sweeney has a magnetic personality, if you smell what the Rock is cookin.

Best gym around. Love the people and the staff. Small community feel with an assortment of classes and all of the equipment and gym toys you could want.
