David is the best investment I’ve ever made for my health. I appreciate his empathetic approach towards health and overall healing. David is a genuinely welcoming personal trainer that has helped me with my personal fitness goals since the summer of 2021. I started sessions with him without any real gym/weightlifting knowledge and ~6 months later I already feel competent with most of the equipment. On top of this David also gives solid advice when it comes to eating healthy, and made a full week workout plan for me to do at the gym by myself. Would recommend him to anyone in the Twin Cities currently looking for a personal trainer!

I worked with Dave to improve my Olympic Weightlifting skills. As a complete beginner to the sport, I was nervous about the technical aspects of the snatch and clean & jerk. Dave was compassionate throughout our sessions, explained drills/movements in ways I understood, and was patient and positive throughout the learning process. He provided good feedback and helped me improve my Olympic Weightlifting skills. I would highly recommend Dave for your personal training needs, whether it's to improve your weightlifting skills, getting stronger, or general fitness!
