He’s the best trainer I’ve ever had. He listens to my goals and adjusts my workouts accordingly. It’s obvious by how much he cares about his clients that he loves what he does. Highly recommend!

David is a genuinely welcoming personal trainer that has helped me with my personal fitness goals since the summer of 2021. I started sessions with him without any real gym/weightlifting knowledge and ~6 months later I already feel competent with most of the equipment. On top of this David also gives solid advice when it comes to eating healthy, and made a full week workout plan for me to do at the gym by myself. Would recommend him to anyone in the Twin Cities currently looking for a personal trainer!

I am an active gym goer and weight lifter, but a series of reoccurring injuries was preventing me from reaching my goals. I asked David to help me figure out areas of weakness that I could improve to prevent injury, and become stronger. We have now been working out twice a week for months and I have seen noticeable improvements in strength and overall health. He is professional, educated, and motivating. I highly recommend his or another of their trainers services, you will not be disappointed.

David is well educated and takes fitness training very seriously. I find a lack of genuine, down to earth qualities in most personal trainers. David makes you feel very comfortable with any fitness goals you bring to the table without any judgements. I respect that. Fantastic coaches that actually listen to your goals and tailor the training specific to those goals! David is very professional, formidable, personal and truly focuses on the best interest of the athlete. He is also realistic when it comes to goals and won't promise you a "get ripped quick" scheme. His programming makes sense and he walks you through the entire process. I'd HIGHLY recommend David as a trainer for athletes at any level of fitness. Beginner, novice, advanced, young or old, David's training and coaching will get you closer to your fitness and well-being goals.
