I didn't want to spend a lot on a gym membership, TYWF is exactly what I needed.With your membership you receive, your own key fob to get in, 24 hour access, all machines and equipment you can imagine for a great monthly fee. The trainers, staff and other members are terrific, great environment to be around!Scott C

Basic, low frills gym. No showers. Machines that are well used. But no one is there to be pretty. Plenty of parking. And good for private trainers not looking to own their own gym.

This is by far my favorite gym! I’ve been training with Michelle for about a year and a half. She’s an easy person to get along with and pushes you to your limits. I highly recommend to check this place out!

No B.S. gym. Great staff. 24 hour access. Affordable membership. Come and train at your own speed. Whenever and however you want. Way better than any of the conventional gyms I've been to.

Tons of unique training equipment, great sense of community and low key not over popular and crowded. Owner is a great guy and will do whatever he can to accommodate and help out. People are very friendly also and not as standoff-ish like in box gyms. Highly recommended! Right off the greenway too. There a secret little trail that cuts through straight to it.

Not your typical gym which makes it awesome! They have the essentials but also have tires, sleds, ropes, agility ladders, and a vertimax. Train Your Way is truly a one of a kind gym. I’ve never worked or worked out at a facility that was filled with supportive, knowledgeable and welcoming trainers and members. This gym has a little bit of something for everyone, even boxing bags to your classic cardio machines. We are here to work hard, have fun and lead healthier and happier lives!!!
