I have been training with Susan for several years. Through her guidance and push, i have been in the best shape of my life in my 40's. She is dedicated and worked with me to create a regimen to cater to what i was looking for, and given her expertise in nutrition has been able to give complementary advice.Susan has always been accommodating, getting up early to train me (whether at the gym or at my home gym) due to my work schedule, and i appreciate that tremendously. There's nothing like starting your day with the blood flowing. I was at a point where I thought I could not lose weight or get healthy after having my baby. I got in touch with Susan and decided to train with her, in the first two months I lost 20 pounds training with Susan 3 times a week plus a boot camp day. She is motivating and patient and she really gives you the results. She pushes you to reach your goal. She has been very patient and understanding with me and I appreciate that so much! She also provided a great guide on healthy eating and motivational videos. It really is a lifestyle, and I recommend working with Susan if you want results!!
