Susan Malinski is a great personal trainer. You will notice results very quickly if you train with her. In just 2 months. I had more muscle definition especially around my waist , I lost 2% of body fat. I feel stronger and more energized. I highly recommend Susan for her professionalism and dedication. Susan is an exceptional personal trainer. She is very professional and a dedicated trainer. Susan does more than just workout training . She does nutrition , weight training , online training, beach workouts , core training, keeps track of your food intake and always keeps you motivated. In just two months , I have lost 7 lbs and lost over 2.5 percent body fat and this is only the beginning. I diffidently recommend Susan, she’s awesome !!!
