Very good place i have been around all the Gyms in Aliso viejo , Laguna and south orange Area, I like this gym so much due to clean atmosphere which we need during this covid time, furthermore the classes are great and the staff very friendly i am a member now and I will recommend this place to all my friends

Pretty nice gym, clean, not crowded. They just need to add a water bottle fountain and fix some of the handles and padding on the benches and machines.

The worst gym with the worst management- I have been to many 24 hours but this one is the worst one that I have ever been to- They only have three bikes for cardio, and most of their machine was broken. Not to mention that I had a free pass for three days but they wouldn’t honor it and made me pay $15 guest pass. They must be really hurting!!! Very disappointing- when I asked the girl that was working in the front desk why do I have to pay when I am showing you my free guest pass she kept saying that I’m so sorry that’s our rule and she didn’t have any explanations!!! The 24 hrs gym in Rsm is a better choice- they give you three days free passes and they are very professional- not to mention that they have new equipments and nothing is broken

Quick and easy workout spot. The gym has plenty of free weights and machines you need as well as the open space for classes or other independent workouts you plan to do. Since it is an active, there's no sauna, steam room, pool, basketball court or jacuzzi BUT THATS OK. The staff who work here are friendly and are willing to help you with what you need.

No water pressure in the showers. Could not even wash the soap off my body, it took me an extra 15 minutes to shower. I was the only one using a shower so it's not because of too much use..Every time someone flushed a toilet the water pressure would practically cut off.With all due respect I don't want to feel like I'm washing down with a kinked garden hose after a workout.
