Nothing against the staff, they are great, but its small and gets full easy, then you run into people that run into people texting on equipment and needing 15min between sets.

Good workout floor, but bathrooms, sauna, and showers are dirty. Occasionally no soap in showers and floor is always dirty.

I have been going there a long time and it seems to be going down hill. Every summer the air conditioner works less and less. Spend some money on this place!. Its close to our homes so a bunch of us go and everyone thinks it is a mess. No one would ever take a shower there! Just looks dirty.
