I like the gym itself. The women’s area can use some changes. There’s a lot of machines that no one ever uses. Girls take equipment from the main floor because it’s lacking. And some women don’t want their goods all up in men’s faces. Also the trainers could use some training on how to approach people. I get it, go for the “big” people, but personally for me, I’ve been approached multiple times just based on appearance, did y’all check my form? Did y’all watch my workout and can you give me any tips to improve? No. They just see a “big” person and assume. It’s like, go assist people with obvious bad form. And ask what a persons goals are first. Like I’m observing all this. And it’s been a year here. And always get that same energy from new trainers. The OG’s know what’s up.

Love the TruFit location at Ware Rd. There are multiple floors and a great Women’s only area. You have many options of what you can work on, kettlebells, free weights, exercise rooms. Nice views when on the treadmill or other equipment. You have to try it!

I drive an extra few minutes to come here. Its cleaner so its worth it. Also love the open concept and the green mat area!Ive been in tru fit for about 3+years. And this one by far is my favvvv.
