I get that inflation is a huge problem for everyone right now. But, when you raise the price of your products 37% in 80 days from a previous quote, I have a tough time being able to do business with them. I don't know how they can look you in the eye and tell you that is the best they can do when the prices I paid online, delivered too, was 40% less than what they quoted me.Greedy business practices is what I see at this place. They will eventually figure it out when they price themselves out of customers. Good luck Better Body. Your going to need it. The public is not stupid.

Great purchase experience. Ryan is very knowledgeable. Try it out in store! Touch the materials. Compare the exceptional warranties of solid products. I found that researching online was not fun (albeit important) with alot of (paid) promotions obscuring a fair assessment. Gym quality vendor. Local service technician.

If you want a knowledgeable and dependable salesperson go visit Ryan in Missoula. Hands down, he is a great, trustworthy salesman. I considered an internet sale and then I went down to speak with Ryan. No lie, while I was in the shop multiple people called with issues related to their equipment bought on the net. Ryan was straight up, if you would of bought it from me I’m here to help. Now those folks are dealing with internet returns, claims, etc.. It is the kind of business we need. Trust me, use the knowledge and dependability from Better Body.

I recently bought the Hoist 36" Dumbbell Rack from Ryan at the Better Body Fitness location in Missoula. Ryan is VERY knowledgeable about the equipment in the store, as I was looking for other products as well and will definitely be back. But for this specific rack he broke down the pros and cons, showed me different sizes, and even took it out of the box to easily fit in my small car. There is a ton of great equipment in this store and you should seek out Ryan to help you setup a great home gym.

I had my elliptical tuned up at the suggestion of Better Body Fitness, where I purchased it. The technician was friendly but now the machine is noisier than before it was serviced. I'm not thrilled to have spent $95.00 for that.

Great buying and delivery experience

I purchased a treadmill from Better Body Fitness of Montana's Missoula location. Pre-sales service was good. But it seems their commitment to you ends the moment you take delivery of the product. The day after I picked up the treadmill it became clear that the console would not connect to my home network. Better Body Fitness of Montana left me to work the problem with the manufacturer technical support, who determined the console was defective. Better Body Fitness of Montana would not exchange the defective console for one they had in stock; and this was less than 48 hours since I took delivery of the equipment. They would only handle the problem as a manufacturer warranty claim, as if I had just walked in off the street. Then it took Better Body Fitness of Montana two and a half business days to make exactly one failed attempt to contact the manufacturer about the issue. That kinda help I don't need, so I decided to work the issue directly with the manufacturer.In summary, the staff I dealt with seemed knowledgeable and well-meaning, but the business is not set up to provide top tier retail service. What you have at the moment of delivery is about all you are going to get after spending your money with Better Body Fitness of Montana.
