Shauna and Tracy are a dream team! Shauna takes the time to get to know you then personalizes your workout to match your goals and interests. After Shauna breaks you down, Tracy is there to help you recover. Her acupuncture has helped speed healing of multiple nagging injuries. Tracy is smart, efficient and caring. Just a few sessions have helped improve my comfort and mobility after a fractured clavicle and chronic neck injury. I highly recommend Health Habits to improve your fitness and health!

Tracy Christensen is an extremely professional and knowledgeable acupuncturist. She has helped me extensively with neck issues from bulged discs. I have also consulted with her about my elevated cholesterol, gallstone, and hormone concerns. She has been a tremendous resource for nutritional and natural herb suggestions. Tracy listens to my ailments and treats them precisely. She is very professional and her acupuncture technique is gentle, yet efficient. I particularly enjoy that she treats both the front and back side of my body, allowing me to 'stew' in my points on one side before treating the other. This is a different approach from the other acupuncturists I have visited and leaves me feeling thoroughly treated.

I've received multiple acupunture treatments by Tracy She's nothing but accommodating and makes you feel completely comfortable. Highly recommend, she's incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to natural remedies and diet as well.

Tracy is a real asset to work with and I appreciate the knowledge she has when trying to help people achieve their health goals. She has a nonjudgmental approach and meets people where they are and helps them as much as they are ready for. It is so great to be able to focus on a client’s fitness and have her handle all things nutrition since her experience is so vast. We also make a great team with myself doing massage and her using her acupuncture skills to help our clients achieve the best results.

Tracy is a great addition to Health Habits. She is knowledgeable, professional and listens to you and your body. When my injury’s left me without the ability to train she helped me recover quickly. Tracy also kept me healthy and feeling as best I could during my chemotherapy treatments. I would recommend her to anyone.

Tracy has been such a great addition to my overall wellness needs. She is a very thoughtful and thorough practitioner who will strive to keep me at my best. She has worked me through a few injuries with her in depth knowledge base. To say she helps keep me on an even keel nutritionally, mentally, and physically would be an understatement. One of the few practitioners that will wholly listen to your needs and devise a plan for success. I am so much healthier thanks to Tracy and Shauna (can't possibly leave her out).Workouts are never dull with Shauna! She has prepped me for multiple Spartan Races, a huge backpack trip, and overall strength improvement. She is very creative with exercises and always has a new idea in the works. Massages are awesome too! I always feel happier and more relaxed at the end. Thanks for all your hard work!

Tracy and Shauna have both been amazing to work with. Being a softball player, they have both helped me get stronger for game days and help prevent injuries. They have been a critical part of my strength training and conditioning. Shauna is extremely fun to be around and Tracy has a healing touch and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects.
