I love this place! The trainers are wonderful and I’ve made new friends who keep me motivated and make working out so fun! The owner, David (Dave), is truly the best and really makes sure we are taken care of and having fun while we get fit. I ❤️ F45 Sienna!

I love F45! I’ve always worked out, but I always hated having to think about what exercises to do and how often I should be doing them. I would end up doing cardio only. Here, I come in and in 45 mins I get a full body workout! It’s different everyday and all planned out for you. I go at 5 am Monday thru Friday; my workout is part of my day, my me time! I also LOVE that the company gives back to different charities every month so I get to not only change my life through exercising but I get to make an impact on someone’s life. The owner, Dave, and all the trainers have really created a sense of community at the gym and are very encouraging!

F45 is a great gym and conveniently located in the neighborhood. The exercises vary each day and you are guanteeed to get a great workout without having to think about what to do next. You are in command of the intensity and trainers are on hand to assist with modification needs. Pair the workouts with the free quarterly meal planning challenges and watch the extra weight fall off. You won’t regret joining the F45 family.

Going to F45 Training Sienna Plantation is the favorite part of my day! I get an amazing workout in a non-judgement zone! No mirrors! In-And-Out in 45 minutes. I feel such a sense of accomplishment when I walk out after my workout. This is perfect for those starting out as a couch potato or those who are already athletic / in shape and need their butts-kicked! The owner, Dave, creates a fun and encouraging environment for everyone.
