I think Plex athletes is the best thing that can happen to an athlete, the coach Danny and the whole team are excellent in their doings, there are not even for the money they’re dedicated toward the life of all plex members from professional athletes to normal people, I always remember my first encounter with Danny the confidence he gave me I knew I’m in the right place he make sure and teach you the right way to exercise and you see how you get to the max of your self in less time , They make sure you eat healthy, that your blood is ok , even that your sleeping well, It goes to the extent Danny will call or text to make sure your ok if he doesn’t sees you… I’m so great full cause at time you can start training and you pay as you train they won’t push you out … Their the top for young athletes and anyone who’s also looking forward to go pro in their sport… I can wait to make Plex athletes proud and be the next pro in the house…Plex athletes is more than a place to get fit but it’s a family, try plex athletes and the crew and thank me later 😎😎💯💯💯⏱️⏱️😂❤️🔥🔥💪💪🇺🇸🇺🇸… THE BEST IN THE WHOLE USA 🇺🇸

If you’re looking for a workout that breaks out of the normal mundane routine and is in a pretty laid back environment, this is your place! My husband and I have been working out at Plex for over 7 years and there’s never a day you don’t feel proud of yourself for being pushed out of your comfort zone (we all know that’s where the growth happens). The workouts are constantly changing and challenging, and the HIIT style circuits burn so many calories! It’s a fun workout that taps into your athleticism/coordination with a variety of short cardio bursts mixed in with different dumbbell and machine lifts. Danny has trained me through multiple pregnancies and postpartum recovery, and has adjusted and modified as needed to safely meet my fitness goals. All the trainers and staff are encouraging and fun to work with and do a great job demonstrating what you’re supposed to be doing. I highly recommend giving Plex a try! You won’t regret it : )

Therapists are great. My workout is challenging and my post surgical healing is well underway. Overall the atmosphere is energizing and uplifting. Thank you Danny, Apryl, and Sammy.

Plex is the place to be if you want to see your kid thrive and turn into the best athletic version of themselves! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and work wonders with the athletes! My son loves it and his performance on the field has gone from being good to phenomenal since we joined Plex and until now! Highly recommended for any athlete who wants to thrive!!!

I am having an amazing time at Plex!!!! Staff is upbeat, energetic and always welcoming you with amazing greetings. I began with lots of injuries, knee replacement, limited movement arthritis left shoulder, lower disk back pain arthritis and neck pain. Plex therapist are very professional, knowledgeable, caring also challenging!!!!! They are really working with me!!!! Sometime I have to pinch myself!!! Can't believe what I am able to do now. Constantly improving!!! I am doing so many amazing exercises. My body is tone, lost weight and looking forward to what's new. I am up for the challenge!!!! Great therapy facility! All staff is very attentive and get you through your sessions very well! Mrs. April and Sam were wonderful they make you feel welcomed! I will definitely recommend Plex.

I will never use another gym or therapy facility. Utmost courtesy, professionalism and they are just competent in what they do.
