Had a birthday party here. The staff were very friendly. Only thing is I think 60 minutes on the floor is a little too short of playtime.

Don't think twice. Just register your child here. We've LOVED our experience so far.Our 6 yo has thrived from the self-confidence she's learned from her gymnastics and tumbling classes. The shy 5 yo that would cry because she couldn't figure out how to do a cartwheel, now coaches her younger sisters about how all you can do is try your best. Though we are no longer training for the Olympics ("now we're just training for fun"), she insists on spending as many afternoons as this busy momma can juggle joining either a gymnastics or a tumbling class. Our clumsy 4 yo LOVES going to her morning classes. I pray for the day she outgrows this clumsy stage, but meanwhile, I love watching her practice all her skills at home. I've never felt they've pushed her to do more than she could handle, nor is it stagnant. They're always teaching them something new. And, lastly, I can not preach enough about the patience, professionalism, and understanding from their staff. Our other 4yo daughter is on the spectrum, we've been working with therapists and her teachers at school to catch her up to her peers, it's been a long journey to get to where we are, and it's such a relief knowing that regardless of which coach she has that day, nothing about how they operate changes... and she LOVES gymnastics days. When she moved up a level, my daughter carried around that certificate with the utmost pride. As a busy, tired momma, I couldn't thank them enough for the normalcy they've brought to our family. We have found a place where all of them can be challenged and be given the opportunity to thrive in their own special way. We're here to stay.

I enrolled my kids here for a weeklong summer day camp. It was pricey, but not too out line for similar camps. I felt it was a little disorganized, as though they rushed to hire staff for these camps & didn't coordinate well. More on that below. My first complaint has to do with their return policies being extremely customer-unfriendly: signed them up for extended time, and then the next day confirmed with my fiancee she'd pick them up at the regular time. They said they'd only refund $20 out of the $80 fee. Ridiculous. I could understand if I was trying to cancel a week later after they had hired or incurred other costs to plan for the attendance, but this was less than 24 hours later.Regarding the extended care, we were not told my kids needed an extra wristband for that until the third day, so for at least 2 days, they were told to just sit against the wall. When I asked the staff about this, they lied to my face and told me it wasn't true.UPDATE: To Olympia's credit, they reached out promptly after I posted this, resolved the issues I had with the enrollment process, and explained their refund policy wasn't followed correctly. I appreciate that, and I think it shows that they generally run their business well.

The staff weren’t that nice. I payed $2 for a sprite in the vending machine and i told the staff and they didn’t care because i was “older” (taller for my age)
