Worst LA Fitness location I’ve ever been to. Only thing Rick cares about is earning money. They don’t treat their employees well at all either. If you spend your money at LA Fitness, don’t do it at this location. Vibes here are not it either. I’m appalled to have even walked in. No wonder they only have 2 personal trainers.

There was a staff member who was the rudest I’ve ever spoke to. It’s been years since and I don’t have that persons name but to this day my biggest regret was not speaking up and saying anything when it happened.The sales manager literally yelled at my mom who was trying to get me a membership: we still ended up getting it and she stayed there even with all that since she lives so close but that employee 100% deserved to get fired. I was told he got relocated to another location but he should not serve anyone.He told my mom to sit down somewhere else and ignored her.I still can’t believe this happened. I should’ve never signed up for the gym but it’s in the past now. I do not recommend la fitness of any branch to anyone. There were other employees and sales managers that were present that could’ve spoken up and defended my mom or reprimanded him but no one did and when I called about it I was told it was so long ago that nothing could be done. 0/10

It’s a great gym compared to other locations. Basketball court can be crowded during peak hours. Volleyball court takes over Basketball court on Sunday. Sauna temperature does not stay consistent. Mostly good, but can fluctuate randomly

Much better than the downtown Signature club. More machines, cleaner, the PT area is accessible to all unlike in the Signature club where its locked.

This place was remodeled not too long ago, but they did not get any new equipment to replace all the broken equipment. Basically, they just resurfaced the pool and got a large astroturf mat. If our membership were free, I would not have a problem with it, but we are actually paying for our membership and I expect all the equipment to be operational.

Lying staff and unfriendly manager are my impressions about this place. Today I walked in with my two kids and we were stopped by the African-American manager at front desk. He looked down to us like looking at thieves because our account showed only two people allowed. It was a surprise to us because we came here everyday as a group of three most of the time. This is our 2nd account. The first one was cancelled because their account manager falsely advised to use my info with my son's picture because my son was the one would need it the most. The old account was good for 3 person. The second account manager didn't tell us about the change from 3 to 2 when we re-did the account with my son's info. Anyway, the manager rudely called my kids back when they walked toward the swimming pool while I was standing next to him trying to figure out what the issue was. He kept ignoring us and worked with other customers behind me without saying anything like "sorry", "please wait". When I tried to remind him that three of us were still waiting and if my kids could go in first, he kept ignoring us. Finally I had to raise my voice and caught everybody's attention around us. So he let my kids in and let me stood there like I was not there. 10 Minutes later I learned from another manager about the change in their policy. Staffs at this place are totally unprofessional. I regret every penny I spent here.

I worked out at this gym back in 2015-2016 and had no issues. I moved out of state for 6 years and came back. Joined without a tour because I thought I knew what to expect. It’s completely run down. I brought up my concerns they said no worries they are remodeling.I come back all the equipment is still the broken, rusty beat up equipment that was here before the remodel. Who cares about a giant turf? Go somewhere else. I wish I wouldn’t have done the bigger upfront and less monthly this place is trash.

I have been doing by workout at this gym since 2019. I never had any problem. I actuallyWent through the phase when they were remodeling. Now the gym looks stunning. They did added 3 smith machines. The replaced all the trade mills and stair masters. The only concern I feel is regarding punching bags. They should shift those punching bags to one of the racquetball courts as the hall always has some or the other class going on. This location has indoor swimming pool, hot tub spa, sauna, locker rooms, dedicated space for Zumba class, free weights, and cross-fit. separate floor for cardio which includes trademills, row machine and gym cycles, 1 basketball court, 4 Racquetball courts, cycling room and smoothie king.

This club is great for the price we pay! They have everything you need. We love that there’s a kids klub, sauna and lots of space in this gym. They did a remodel earlier this year that added an awesome functional turf area. They also replaced all the stair masters, treadmills, squat racks and benches in the free weight area. There’s also a new hip thrust machine, ab machine & cross over cable machine that I’ve seen. I’ve been a member at this club for over 5 years and the management has gotten a lot better. The club is much cleaner & friendlier than in the past. It’s a breath of fresh air honestly to see management care about the club & making improvements. As for the wifi, I spoke with the new Operations manager and it’s above them as to why it’s not being fixed. Sounds like there’s not enough IT/equipment tech employees in the company to go around. She informed me they did recently replace the equipment tech at this club who in the past “didn’t do anything” with someone who is a lot better and more reliable. I’ve seen the new tech replacing numbers on weight stacks & fixing the ellipticals. I would now recommend this gym despite the previous poor reviews. It’s a decent price with a ton of amenities and there’s hope that the club will keep improving like it already is. Not to mention they now offer free guest passes on the memberships which is an awesome added perk.

First time at this location. I frequent many gyms across Texas, because I travel for work. I'm a current Gold's Gym member and now a LA Fitness member. Sometime you never know what you’ll walk into at different locations. Pretty decent gym with plenty of machines and free weights.All the equipment worked great, LA fitness staff are doing a great job maintaining it. This Location was clean and organized. No issues with gym members, very welcoming. Also I was mind blown on the fact that a smoothie being inside gym. I enjoyed my work out! I hope you enjoy yours!!
