Great for my 4 year old. It’s big, clean and very professional. I can see the difference in his ability. They have WiFi and a big parents area that isn’t cramped like other places.

UPDATE: Received a call from the General manager, Nichole, who was very apologetic about my experience earlier today. She even credited me back the monies paid due to the misunderstanding with their staff and myself. I am grateful for this and appreciate the time Nichole took to contact me and make me feel comfortable with re-enrollment. I am changing my 2 star review to 4 stars.ORIGINAL REVIEW: My children had been attending Olympia for a while before COVID hit. After 2 years, I was ready to re-enroll them. I went to the online portal to enroll them only to find almost $230 sitting there from March of 2020. I called the center to inquire about the balance since my boys had not been in over 2 years and was told that because they came on March 2nd 2020, the balance was due. I spoke with the front desk staff (Jaime ?) who came off as rude and a little arrogant and seemed very curt and short in her responses when I inquired about the balance accrued during the “COVID Shutdown” in 2020. She even cut me off mid sentence a few times when I was trying to explain that I would pay the prorated balance today and would enroll my children on Wednesday. Not sure if she was in a hurry but perhaps, if that was the case, she should not answer the phones or be in any type of customer service role. As a returning parent (after COVID), what is needed is some compassion and comfort since I am returning my children to your care. Many parents are stepping out in faith and a little concern and compassion can go a very long way.Giving 2 stars because I loved my children’s coaches when they previously attended but the interaction with the front desk staff today has made us make the decision to enroll our boys elsewhere.

One of my boys takes gymnastics class here and loves it. The coaches are experienced and helpful, but stern enough to keep them focused. We have also attended kids birthday parties here and have found them well run and lots of fun. Prices are reasonable for the area.

UPDATE: We decided to give it a shot and retake the class! Ms. Nicole took over and handled everything very pleasantly. I am very happy we did! My baby girl loves gymnastics, and is always super excited to go to the next class! We are going on to the 3rd month now of attending this place, and I can just say I am very happy! Thank you so much!_____________________________________________________Super sad, I was so excited to have my little girl in gymnastics. Not the experience I expected. My little one is 3, with zero gymnastics experience. On her very first day of trial she was left alone on a walking beam. A clueless child was left alone. (Fell once on it, gasping parents on the side) She was also pushed by the coach. The coach seemed to me like a young teen. (Probably doesn’t have kids of her own) by the way she was very frustrated. it was very painful to watch. By the end of the trial class the whole gymnasium knew my child’s name. From her blurting out her name so many times trying to correct her with frustration. Maybe you guys need people with early starter education? So confused because This was a beginner class. One last thing to add, as it being the first trial class. There was no introduction, didn’t even get the coach’s name. All I was asked was my child’s name at the beginning of the class and at the end was handed papers and a schedule so that we could sign up for the next class.

My 2 years old baby is been taking class here for months. We've seen Coach Hanna . Coach Jenna . Coach Nichole and Coach Gabby. At beginning my baby is too shy and knowing nothing about how to tumbling but now he is totally changed and improved his tumbling skills and social skills. I have to say this place is great especially Coach Nichole. She is so professional and caring of each baby. She is the Coach you will want her coach all your kids. I will bring my baby girl here once she can walk on herself 🥰

UPDATE:Nicole called and spoke to me about to misunderstanding. She was so accommodating and helpful. She was my daughters coach this morning, like I mentioned, was absolutely lovely. She went above and beyond to make classes work with my daughter. To the point that I almost feel like I am taking advantage of her kindness. I’m happy my daughter will be able to come here, because I truly think it’s a place they can grow and thrive at. So I appreciate Nicole helping make this work.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I’m a little frustrated with the gym. I did a trial this morning and I felt like it went well. My daughter was very nervous, and a little emotional without me and was hesitant to show off her skills. To be expected, however, online she is able to be the “Blue Dolphins” class because of her age. However during the trial, the coach listed her as a “red fish”. I was not made aware that my daughter would not be allowed to be in the blue dolphins after that. If I was made aware that the trial was a placement trial, I would have come alone without my infant (I was doing a trial tots class with her). Because I would have been able to give my 3 year old more attention and she would have performed better. Fast forward to this afternoon, I go online to enroll both my tot and my 3 year old. Times are available in the Blue Dolphin as well as tots at 4:15 Monday. I enroll them both and then I get a phone call that my 3 year old was denied because I signed her up for Blue Dolphin instead of red fish. So I go to try to put her in the red fish class at the same time and it is now full as well. So I have no options for my children anymore because I need them at the same time. Why aren’t parents told that classes fill up so quickly? Why aren’t we told the trial class is for PLACEMENT? Why aren’t we given more information on the first day? It is so disappointing. I already canceled my daughters other gymnastics- my fault, I just didn’t expect being denied. I don’t know, such a lack of communication. The coaches this morning were lovely, but the lack of communication cost my girls their ability to participate and that’s very disappointing.
