Olympia Gymnastics and Tumbling

My daughter started attending acro at Olympia as part of her training for her competitive dance team. In 4 months she has had so much growth! Friendly and supportive staff and my daughter looks forward to going every week.

We have been to one party at Olympia as guests and really loved it, the young gentleman with the glasses was our coach that time, and I was so happy to see he was our coach this time.  (Sorry I can't recall the names of the coaches).  From the moment we arrived, all the staff went above and beyond to make our day as smooth as possible.  All the coaches at our party were so energetic, respectful, engaged, and attentive that it was so easy to enjoy the party.  You could tell they enjoyed being there and connected with the children, my daughter was talking about how the coaches helped her accomplish things that she was very nervous to try, like swinging.  The facilities were so clean, which I was concerned with having the last party of the day. It might not be the case, but the facility was so well kept.  My guests that had been to Olympia in the past were happy to return, and the ones who have never been were so highly impressed with the facilities and the staff.  So many people asked me how I found out about Olympia because the place was amazing.  We definitely look forward to coming back soon and will give Olympia and all the staff 100 stars!

Used to go to parents day out's they are fun.Normal average gym.Staff overall is good some are rude at pressured moments.It's somewhat new and sometimes dirty.Update we recived a call so i changed wording

We attend a birthday party to this location. The place is nice and clean but they are short of staff. They have some nice people working there but there was a very mean an rude coach. she is a young lady who was pushing my son to do something he was not feeling comfortable to and on top of that she bullyied him by comparing him who is 12 with babies. I think that was her way of encouraging him??... every kid has different abilities. The staff need to be more trained to manage kids.I spoke with the manager she was nice but did not address the problem. She even told me she was to busy helping other party.

Spoke with Jamie whom she stated was the manager was not only rude, argumentative and condescending. She provided no solution to my call and ultimately because of the lack of customer service and bias i will NEVER enroll my child after reading over negative reviews it seems like they have poor customer service to African American customers

This gym is so much fun! They have a wonderful large safe and inviting space for children to learn gymnastics and tumbling. The coaches are really fun and professional. Four of my grandchildren take classes there and they all love it.
